After doxxing and harassing LibsofTikTok, Lorenz is going to find it very difficult in this space. Her spot in corporate media was the only thing protecting her.
It doesn't have to be a complete playthrough, but an hour or so. Long enough to say "I actually played the game. I learned the mechanics, beat some enemies, did some puzzles," etc.
And then we get reviewers like the dude who did Cuphead, who couldn't beat the f'cking tutorial stage.
She doesn't really need protection if she isn't hanging out inside beehives.

Journalist stopped being journalists when they started talking more about how inclusive or problematic something is socially, setting some kinda spin to make something look good or bad, rather than informing people about what actually physically happened, or in entertainments case, what that piece of entertainment objectively consists of, despite their personal preferences. no more half-truths and white lies, and telling people what they think something meant without going and finding out if that's what it actually meant.
Journalism could come back, if people started teaching ethics in journalism again.

Up here in Canada, a guy named Peter Mansbridge started a RUclips news channel called "Good Talk". Mansbridge is the former lead anchor of news network on Canada's tax-funded media monster, the CBC. On his RUclips channel, he's been at it for a year, and has yet to break 10,000 views on a video.
