    Hi lovelies, I am here again to help you with ideas for all your Thanksgiving Leftovers and today it is time for that turkey again. I thought since it is getting cold, it is a perfect way to use up that leftover turkey meat. This soup turned out so hearty and delicious that I couldn't stop camera man from eating it :) And usually he is not even a big fan of soups. Also while eating this soup myself I found myself thinking, it might be one of my most favourite soup recipes :) You should really give it a go! Happy Holidays Lovelies!

      Not only that you can find it in Google but it's soup you don't measure you just start with a nice flavored broth then star adding your ingredients from longest to cook to shortest it really hard to good it up ... Just go for it .... 👍

    Why did you use rice instead of potatoes?

    • @inthekitchenwithelisa
      @inthekitchenwithelisa  3 года назад

      Hi there, I prefer rice with chicken and turkey, just a personal preference and I think it goes well with other flavours in the soup. But you could also substitute with potatoes if you like😊

      I didn't find this link with the measurements until after I prepared the soup. I just eyed balled and adjusted. I had all the ingredients including cooked rice from breakfast. The soup was delicious. I had a can of white beans in a mild chili sauce which I didn't drain. My left over fried Cajun turkey complimented this. This was simple and quick to make. Will make this one again.
