You forgot the better clickspot for the HGS. (the pillar between the front windshield and the left windshield)

The flaps can be deployed and set by clicking the detent gaps by the numbers. No need to touch the flap handle at all. Pretty neat.
Or just hit the assigned buttons/keys on your joystick, keyboard, throttle etc hardware.

Double clicking any light switch (rotary dial that is) turns them all the way up.
Floor panel just behind copilot seat as well for landing gear
Is there an easy way to turn the mark minima dial quickly ? It takes forever to reach high numbers
