Not gonna try this for a while I could easily see me losing balance and getting myself caught in this position and not be able to let him go if he taps lol great lesson though what a cool choke

Do you have have any advice to choke the other person because I tried with my friend and we both just crank the neck but no choke :(

You need to flex ur lats which is quite hard if you don’t have good mind muscle connection

Start doing single arm lat pull downs with a emphasis on squeezing your lat. Like 15 rep range. Once your body gets the connection your golden.

Nice, also maybe worth noting to try and not get buggy choked yourself in the process 😂

I invented that move and posted it on FB in 2019. Nice to see others doing it.

Lol you invented this lmao. Buggy chokes been around much longer than 2019 and longer than Facebook been around

@@davidpignatore6532 in the modern era, not knowing about any previous history, yes I came up with that version and am recognized as an innovator of the move in the current era. Obviously I’m aware that there’s no moves someone hasn’t done in the past.

@stingergcr8956 can I find the video on RUclips? I just never heard anyone's name mentioned with the buggy choke or variations in past few years except Austin hart and Kade Ruotolo, making it more popular, then everyone started doing them with variations.

I did this last week but i was missing the move the foot back part and just ended up staying there as a control position, I leaned forward as he was frantically bridging and posted on my head and rolled over my none buggy shoulder and as he tried to square up i managed to turn it into a triangle for the tap. As a white belt I am super happy with myself 🤣🤣🤣 even got a lip out "hmm" of approval from my coach/gym owner. Felt good. Haha
