This is how you play pure evil properly. Understated. No mustache twirling, no shouting except at extreme moments. Philip Madoc was phenomenal in this story.
I love that blaring alarm that plays whenever he arrives into the Base.
I miss the blaring alarm as the 80s synth music overtakes it!
