In the UK we would call 2 homes that are not connected “fully detached homes” (if I’m remembering correctly). If they’re attached on one side then they would be “semi detached homes” ☺️ Also, congratulations on becoming part of the EA creator network! If anyone deserves it it’s you! This type of lot is usually called a DADU. Meaning it’s a Detached Accessory Dwelling. It can be smaller, the same size or larger than the primary home.
I'm so excited for this new pack I can't wait to build my frist apartment building in either Sulani or Chestnut Ridge I haven't decided yet or maybe luxury apartments in Sulain and more affordable apartments in chesnut ridge I always use a wall instead of actual railings

These are so cute and I'm very excited for the new expansion. I absolutely love your narration as well as your builds! I think what I'm most excited about is being able to populate my worlds more. They always feel so empty. I use apartment lots now for the same reason but of course, I'm capped at eight Sims. Now I'll really be able to do it and I just can't wait. I plan on making some families for the gallery to help populate.
