Oh my god. So here’s something interesting from what I can tell all of the poster style art in the sims 4 base game are actual game art for other EA games. The one on the right at 12:46 it takes two. I know that for a fact.

This makes me really come to terms with how much leeway I give sims 4 team for mediocre builds, I couldn't believe this was a base game build. I don't consider myself a builder cuz I don't like building from scratch, more like a renovation. But this makes me wanna build more.

thank you 😊 it was build before the pack came out and is base game only, that's why it's like that, but you can change the lot type to residencial rental and click unit outlines to set it up for 3 units

yeah it's base game, I left a comment on the gallery explaining that for some reason it says this build uses Horse Ranch but it doesn't, if you click on "show used items" it shows nothing, it's just another gallery bug I guess

Dunno why people keep calling these townhouses because if they were they would be three levels ground floor middle and top floor having said that they do look good

@@NinaSchmidt those are bog standard terraced houses that are two up and down I happen to live in a townhouse which has the 3 floors two flights of stairs two landings and they certainly aren’t all big like we can do on sims only ground floor of my home which has kitchen diner is the most open middle has bedroom bathroom living room and top floor has 3bedrooms
