No? Why would Apple need to be broken up? They designed a closed eco-system which is why it's safer, more private and efficient than others. I think the government needs to stay out of businesses unless they get too out of hand and is negatively affecting the rest of us in a major way (like becoming a Robber Baron of an industry). Apple is not a Robber Baron, anyone who thinks they need to be broken up simply don't like their closed-system practice, but that's all it is. It's an emotional attack.

It is a monopoly because it paid amounts of cash that no other search engine would ever have readily available so it would then be the default browser for over a billion devices. They literally paid to be there instead of being chosen by the consumer for having the best service. A massive majority of people dont bother changing their default browser to something else that's better, so they basically destroyed their competition by paying a lot of money...
