+alex hammer I get meat as i need my protein for a good nutrition intake. I need the protein to repair my muscles as i train a lot. I wouldn't know what to recommend you as every one is different. The best thing is to experiment with your self and start cutting certain foods out of your diet and see how you feel and get on. I have courses on line. So you can get it to learn from home. In reality, this works great when someone is charging at you and pushing you aggressively. You commit immediately and execute the moves. But, if it's just a soft, playful push to test you or intimidate... punching him and then putting him in a headlock might be seen as an excessive reaction. Difficult to know when the line is crossed... and you have to make a split-second judgment in close quarters for these moves to work.

Nicholas take self defense classes. the strangle is judo. but usually done while sitting. at least where I did judo.
you can learn techniques and fight in a more controlled environment tho. not getting in trouble or problems. lot less dangerous.
and well it's fun. i quitted judo half a year ago. my friends left.
now I just do boxing in a gym. not fighting. cardioboxing so just techniques. and because I always go alone. I'm paired up with adult men who do boxing for a long time. so I learn multiple techniques like how to hit a knock out.
People make fun of this guy alot. But to me it looks like he found something that actually works for him and his body style. He knows his body mechanics etc.

i thought he was bullshiting but he really knows his stuff he said if hes to strong you wont move him so hes taking precaution of both situations by applying the punch only for a stun effect then goes for the arm lock to choke hold absolutely genius.
Nice technique when you can actually defend from being pushed.
My experience has been that I am either too slow or it comes at me unexpectedly which puts me at a momentarily, slight disadvantage. Most who have ever pushed me have taken their hands and arms back really fast too. Rarely, can I get a hold of anything they offer me so I close with an attack. Keep in mind, there are different frontal pushes which can come from different directions.
If your attacker is drunk or slow or something else leaving their hands or arms or other parts exposed to you and grabbable or attackable then you have a smorgasbord of attacks to use.
For me, I know, I can stand my ground then move in or I can twist in place being in a good position to attack. A lot of training and experience. for others, being pushed can knock you down. Not good. Practice being pushed from every direction and learn to control and know how your body moves and reacts.
I do not like multiple movement techniques because there is a small pause between moves which becomes vulnerable time. If the technique can not be done in one constant move then reject it for one that can be done in one constant move.
Not all techniques work for everyone. If this works for you then use it. If this does not work for you then reject it for another technique.
Always keep it simple.
Take or reject what I have just said.
Look at enemies elbows and scan him. Put yourself into a master Wong aggressive stage and watch how you will react!
