How to strengthen our hand for doing any biceps, triceps exercises? Actually everything depends upon your strength, right. If u have strength in your hands then only you can do biceps workout. Usually we face problems like we started doing any workout for biceps and we start feeling like our arm and forearm is being weaker and weaker to hold that weight even it is 5kg of dumbbell. And another thing, we usually see that for beginners it is easy to hold weight with right hand as compared to the left one. So how should we equalise the strength of both hands? Please suggest us through your helpful video sir. Thankyou 😊
