Thank you it covers all the option available to share to teams. I am facing an issue. I am using outlook new and the option to 'share to teams' is only available in the first/top account. email 2 and email 3 are from different domains but having the same licenses. I have the share to teams available when opening the same with outlook old. Is this an outlook limitation for the new outlook? would you be able to help set it right for the other domains?
