This build is awesome I love it....was able to do vet dungeons and trials in a matter of a couple hours after putting it all together and getting used to the rotation/ build
@Nightharrow Gaming bro your build is so good I'm pulling trifecta dungeon runs with a new guild I just joined today and long story short the grp I was with say they all hit 90k+ and mid vet March of sacrifices they stop everything to ask If I had parsed with that toon and I said no why? And they all say honey you might not know it but your way way out performing all of us in damage intact if we had to guess your pulling 100k+ dps and I was honored by what they said. Also I'm soloing high isle vents and world bosses. So um yeah terrific build ty for releasing it
You know what Mr Nightharrow, this was not the video you told us to write trashy comments, but I have to say - I will trash all the other videos I've seen on youtube and just select Your channel as my main information about ESO. When I see your stuff I realise how much poo I've seen. Sub'ed totally awesome content.
This is high praise! Thank you Sort, I really appreciate it. It’s one thing to hear from friends and family they like your stuff and it’s another to hear it from someone a bit further removed. I’ll try to keep up the good work. :)
I see your Oakensoul one next on the playlist.. I'm going to do that one since I have the Oakensoul ring and don't like one bar on any of my other toons. I fine tuned all my other ones for two bar.. It's just something I can move on from yet. My Warden is just mostly leveled up, I haven't used it much yet. I need to spend another month collecting skill points for it.
Using Order's Wrath on the armor and Pillar of Nirn on belt, jewelry and staff + Oakensoul and one piece of Slimecraw nets me around 65k dps on a trial dummy. Changing Order's Wrath for Frostbite doesn't really change that. Guess I just suck at parsing! Gonna try and get a hold of Zaan and switch from Oakensoul to Kilt but I doubt that'll get me close to what you're getting.
If you want help with your parse, you should come join us in the discord, we would be happy to go over it with you. Being on pc and having cmx makes it pretty easy, console it can be harder to trouble shoot but we are happy to try.
@@Nightharrow Would I be able to get much higher while using Oakensoul? My fine motor skills aren't exactly top notch so two bar setups often results in alot of fumbling for me.
@@mklschwrtz2 I think you could hit 90k with either of the setups you mentioned. I had a friend so 95k in frostbite/orders wrath and a monster set the other day. He parses at theoretical max, so that would be probably be 120-125k on an optimal build. As for Oakensoul vs another mythic, they parse similarly on the trial dummy because you get most of those same buffs in an optimized group. For solo or 4-man content you’ll probably see your parse go up with Oakensoul. Generally speaking in eso, your skill is like 75% of the damage, and gear/everything else are the last 25%.
@@Nightharrow I do have a Frostbite det aswell. I've recently gotten Harpooners Kilt aswell. Guess I'll have to play around a bit more and also try to find the rhythm needed to max my damage!
@@mklschwrtz2 i would guess if you are going to use a mythic and no trial set that orders wrath/pillar would be best. If you are going to use a monster set than zaan would be best for single target. But I’ll see if I have parses handy to compare.
No, it won’t be huge. Maybe 5k ish. And honestly it might be the same in content if you are in a less skilled or optimized group, as they might drop buff up times.
what do you think is more impactful, gear or CP points.. I don't have 600 yet, 511 with about 20 unspent yet.. just returning to the game after a couple of years on my Warden.. I specked heavily into spell penetration as apposed to crit. Was that a thing back than? Mag Warden, I've been trying different rotations all day and all I get is about 26k dps on the big fire gnome statue. I don't have any monster sets yet; wearing winterborn hat/jewlery and icy conjerer's armor. I feel more quishy than before. I learned one thing tho, companions are crap lol. Should I just grind up my CP first?
Nah, don’t grind cp. So just to give you a way to think about it, the exploiter cp that is used has a 7 second proc and a 22 second cooldown for off balance. So that means it’s doing something only 7/22 of the time, and giving 10% extra damage. So on average it’s giving like 3% extra damage. Cool, but nothing to write home about. For easy to get gear I would go with the newer crafter set orders wrath and either Julianos or frostbite since you seem to like frost damage sets. What you have might be okay, but there are so many sets in the game… bloodthirsty jewelry will help a lot, as will spell damage enchants, but most of your damage comes from your rotation. If you are on pc you should drop by the discord and drop your parse in the help channel there if you want feedback. We can tell you what the first thing to start with on your rotation is. Or just drop by and say hi. The link is on my landing page. Tldr: gear is more important than cp but it’s mostly practice, repetitions, and skill that matter.
No, it will be much worse because it will only apply to your destro staff abilities and likely not even to your heavy attacks as they are not “abilities”. Unfortunately that’s one of the sets that looks good but when you figure out what it actually works on, it’s pretty bad.
I’ll double check but it should be in the same play list. I’ll add it to the description here, but here is a link for you. Thanks for watching :) ESO Magicka Warden Build: Brittle-den DPS Build For Solo & Trial Content U36 Firesong ruclips.net/video/gT1DXHrt4eI/видео.html
Hi. i've been experimenting with your build. I have okeansoul. I have iInfialable aether set and iceheart as monster. I,m using eather lightning staff. I also use the bear. The most damage i've done on the group dummy is 50K. I dont like playing with the bear, i've been experimenting with meteor instead and my dps went down do 43k. Is there a way to modify the build so i dont use the bear(i dont like playing with bear) and get my 50k dps back. Tests Infialable aether + plus bear +winter revenges = 50 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + winters revenge = 43 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + focus = 41 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + elemental susceptibility = 45 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + degeneration = 42 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + trap bear = 43 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + unstable wall = 42 k dps Infialable aether + plus bear + elemental susceptibility = 48 k dps Infialable aether + plus meteor + winters revenges = 40 k dps Any advices would be appreciated. Thx
If you want to go heavy attack then you want to try this build setup. ruclips.net/video/G8cpRmmKeQY/видео.html sergeants mail gives more Dps than any other heavy attack set. Try this and let me know how it goes.
When you say 99k do you mean the amount of damage per cycle? Because I want to rate my magica DK.. It just became a wicked killer one day. I set it up and it was so so.. But then I went awhile without playing and now it's wicked.. I blast through everything now.
If you go to the community tab or come by the discord, I have the PDFs that I show for reference and of course we have help channels. But no, I don’t have this all written out unfortunately.
@WilliamWickjr I don’t believe I recommended Oakensoul for this build, unless I mentioned it in passing in the video? It’s been a bit. I would recommend now ring of the pale order if split or more recently released Velothi Ur-Mages amulet. Should give you even more damage than what I had on this build. How much you parse exactly though is going to be dependent on your skill level, so I couldn’t say what you will get, but yes the build is capable of it.
Good video BUT please stop telling people to parse in wading kilt If its not part of their build. Parse in your build that you actually use as it is not a comparison and wading kilt is useless in hard content.
Im not sure I’m following you on this. Kilt is viable in plenty of locations, and sea serpents coil just isn’t practical parse in generally speaking. Kilt is analogous generally speaking. Are you meaning hard modes?

try attacking from behind and check ur numbers again u do more from behind even without the backstabber cp node
I think that’s only on classes with flanking passives like a nightblade.

Yep, damage per second is the typical metric. Glad to hear the dk is doing well, they have buffed them quite a few times in recent patches.
Is there a written guide?
