The Redstone Monstrosity is super good for that renegade armor you got from killing him and its has some of the best perks on it and with the correct enchantments you can make god armor so you barley die but wither armor IMO is a lot better but renegade is super good early game.

Also a little tip you should go do Creeper Woods again and try to get a mushroom from there it makes you hit and run faster really good artifact.
