    I can't leave a like because I already did.
I wanted to refresh my memory and this video came up again.
It's an excellent example of how to sprout mung beans and how to make RUclips videos.
So that's two thumbs up from me for the algorithm. 🙂 xx

    I LOVE Marie's videos.
I am currently teaching some neighborhood children to garden. They've grown microgreens already,,, I recently offered my phone so they could select a video to learn how to grow bean sprouts. She saw this video and got SUPER excited!!!! She shouted "here's Marie!" They all settled in and watched this video!!!! Marie's calming voice and thoroughness with the process makes it look easy. They're ages 8-12.
    Marie is loved! ❤

I love the way you showed us that the equipments we need we already have in the kitchen no need to buy a fancy one. Putting the weight on the top is such a great tip. And clear out all the water in the underneath bowl is for a good reason and need to keep in mind. Now I just need to put into practice. Thank you so much for sharing. Big heart from Thailand.

Sending you a *HUGE THANK-YOU!!* Your technique has helped me grow the best sprouts after many many years of very ordinary results. Very much appreciated and I will be thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way every time I do a batch. Home grown sprouts taste so much better than the commercial ones which taste of chemicals to me. So happy to now grow thick, straight healthy sprouts in such a fun and easy way Thanks again and cheers from Australia!!

I love bean sprouts so this video is perfect for me. I've grown my own sprouts before, they look like the ones on the right because I didn't know about overcrowding and putting weights on them until your shorts video. I'm so happy you put out a full video with more details. I enjoyed the comparison. I don't have burlap but will use a cotton kitchen cloth. I wanna start growing these soon following your steps. The last time I did it they got spoiled before it had a chance to sprout, not sure what happened...it could be the overcrowding thing. I stopped doing it afterwards but now I feel confident again, thanks to you! I love your beansprout stir fried, I made it after watching that video. It's been awhile though so I need to cook it again, it's perfect for lockdown. Love your videos, your channel so much 😍👍LIKE #16

Thank you for your interest in sprouting mung beans. They're the easiest beans to sprouts. I'm doing this on a weekly basis now because it is easy and quick. I also do green pea shoots regularly. I may be posting more microgreens videos as I'm experimenting different kinds of seeds. I need vegetables and I try to avoid going to the market as much as I can. I'm sure you will be able to grow these easily the next time you do it. I wish you both a great week!

I started growing micro-greens less than a year ago after a difficult move from a small island to a location where it is easier to buy necessary supplies. First I got a set of 6 trays that stack, then 6 more thinking I’d need them but for two people 6 is usually adequate to grow radish, broccoli and alfalfa for omelets and sandwiches but those trays aren’t large enough for mung beans so I bought larger flat trays with lids and don’t have room for them. Recently I bought two jars with neoprene covers and screen lids but I’m thinking I might start the beans in jars to transfer on to at least one large tray and do like this, weigh them down and if that doesn’t turn out I’ll use a rice colander that I replaced and no longer use. Now to hunt down burlap since we no longer buy grain sacks of horse feed! Thanks for the great tips and ideas on how to go about this process. I love mung sprouts and can’t wait to put them back into my diet.
