The klx 300 is quite capable. I ride single track in the rocky mountains. I put a 13t sprocket and stiffened the suspension, and now it eats those steep rocky inclines up. I used to ride a yz250f, and I gotta say I'm impressed with the 300
Love your videos I have a 22 300sm. Love it. 13703 miles. I don't have your skills off road.. you have outstanding clutch control. Always look forward to your videos
Im watching this thinking is the klx300 really that good..?. or are you just that good of a rider? Literally never see anyone push the klx300 or klx300r this far. Awesome video man! And definitely skilled riding. That hill climb looked sketch on video... its gotta be even worse in person 👏
I can vouch for them. The chassis handles great, feels a lot lighter than they are. What really does it is how grunty and smooth these motors run at low rpm, they will idle up hill in second gear and not buck/stall when going full throttle from there.
Nice riding, not many capture what these bikes are capable of. These motors can tractor so smooth at low rpm cuz of the secondary throttle plate {leave it in if u trail ride}. The chassis does not feel like a heavy dual sport when woods riding, they are extremely enduro worthy in fact Im going to sell my KDX cuz the 300 can go anywhere it did.
@NolanRides I ordered a set of d sports. This video is the only one I've seen actually put them to the test. Looks like they hook up good. Probably a silly question but are you happy with them?
The best part was that you were the only one that made the second hill climb

Take them girls to school NolanRides. Kawasaki KLX 300 and the ryder are on top of things! Good Job!
I was yelling at the screen when you stopped on that big hill. Atleast you made it up and didn't walk it up like the others.. Good stuff man!
Love your videos

Love how the KLX300 was lead on the Bush Whacking trail !
The old klx 250 was a great bike. I want a klx300 now.
Sick vid series. Awesome riding down there -- the klx is underrated compared to the 300L -- we already know that though. Keep doing what you do bro.

Yo did ya do the secondary throttle plate removal yet? I did and it’s very noticeable mid range increase. Highly recommend.
have you tried CRF 300L?
Klx has better suspension
Never had a chance to ride one!
Klx>>>
What tires you running
Tusk d sport tires
