Just realise how long i have been followed you. Watching Ahao grow up, Dawang be fatten up and your baking skill level up over years has been one of my great joys.
Nothing runs like a Gleaner !!!
Enjoyed watching.Nothing beats running a good combine in a good crop. My first combine was an A2 in 1970. These machines are crazy
That’s awesome! I would love to run an old combine like that some day to see how far we have come! Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching.
Nice combine still makes me want to buy that one thanks for showing it
Good looking combine
Amazing video Austin. As always, great job buddy
I really like the graphics on the Massey combine. We see our friends to the south flag splashed on everything but in Canada not so much. I would love to see that one in the field. I always remember Gleaners because they were never painted, you could spot one from miles away, that and the dog from Corner Gas. On the prairies anyway. LOL
When someone runs a gleaners model made after the r72, you can’t recognize what model it is from a distance
Hey bud, looking good there. The Gleaner looks massive when it was first pulling up before hooking up to the header. That's a lot of lean mean machine. The graphics on that Massey were cool, you need to splash up the sides of that Gleaner with a great big 'Full Line Austin" logo. In fact, don't stop there you could do the whole 'FLA' merch line - polos, hat, coffee mugs. You may have to mix up the colors - greens -reds -greys etc. don't want to tick off one tractor fan base - LOL. How'd you make out with harvest, one of your last vids I think you were heading into the field for #Harvest2023 ? Keepem rolling 😎
Ajoyib Gleaner orzumdagi kombayn. Super. Omad
Slugged it, nice.
Great work here :) u make the video like we are there with you having a visit , 😎
Amazing
That Gleaner needs nice wide LSW wheels all around.
I've been waiting for a video or even a picture of a Gleaner with a set of 1200/1400 LSW's lol I think it'd look sick
Good video.
Muito. Boa nota10000
I've never seen a channel with so many tattoos
Nice
Nice looking Centennial Edition. Love the Canadian Edition MF only seen 1 west and north of Humboldt 👍
Love the Gleaner! Question? Why straw spreaders, not choppers? Or, are they both part of the straw spreading?
@@dingdongdaddytimanderson there is a straw chopper and the spreader is for the chaff
why does gleaner still use that auger thats set so low?? upward angle?? IE like the old new hollands
Easier on the grain and uses less horsepower.
It's the best design, but they do need to make it three feet longer and fold around the back side.
Fun video. Oh gosh, after last time, I shouldn't leave a comment. The JD cry babies came out of the woodwork. Lol
I like JD , great stuff. Had good luck with older stuff. Never had one newer than 1996. But then there’s the one with JD underwear and salt and pepper shakers , bird feeders , grease guns , they seem a bit defensive 😆.
@charlesmoore2485 I have John Deere dishes and the salt and pepper shaker and the steering wheel wrap and floor mats in my pickup. Went to John Deere College. And then in 2016 the underwear started to come off and by 2020 they were in the trash, right where the S Series combine belongs. LOL
@@jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754 haha u had the JD fever , I do love some of that stuff. I collect diecast tractors , I find i would go get filters or something and start buying toys lol. Is the S combines that bad im a bit behind the times. I still think Twister is a new movie 😀😀 im an old 40 year old lol
Anytime a Salesman said we're going to do a demo against a John Deere it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Their grain tank sample wasn't that pretty if you tried pushing the Hydra lever forward a little bit. So when you came in with the competition you started out really slow focused on a clean sample and then started pushing the lever forward and usually by the end of the day the competition is walking past the combine with a cleaner tank less loss less fuel more acres per hour. And the annual repair cost on the deer once they start to get a few bushels to them starts to get expensive
Are '45ft heads doable on gleaners?
We have 50 ft on 2 of ours
@@rodmanwaring5715 I can see that, if they have the three-foot extensions on them like we had, but it would be tight.
Why is the feederhouse so small on things. Our jd 9500 has a bigger feederhouse. There cool machines but just seem stuck in past
It doesn't have to be big to do the trick. Our feeder house runs much slower then most combines, if the feeder house is an issue you can speed it up with variable speed.
He's still getting material through from a 40ft head...
@@TwinElmFarms how do they work in canola when they run slower?
@Brobro449 if canola is in swath and big, we speed ours up to 440 I believe. Straight cut canola big crop, we haven't had an issue.
Hmm its just crazy that that much material fits in the feederhouse. Ive never noticed how small they looked/were until they had the header off the combine@@TwinElmFarms
Don’t get meaner than a gleaner
