Tracy your barre-dio workouts are my favorite! Please do more of them. I do a lot of HIIT, lifting, spinning, yoga and plyometrics but barre works entirely different muscles and challenges me in a different way. That with the cardio built in = my new favorite workout!

This was FAB! Did this morning and I was super sore from a heavier workout yesterday, picking this one with the lighter weights. Lighter weights does not mean LESS HARD! Wow, some new moves I loved and being on your tip toes challenges those muscles for sure!! And loved your talk at the end, and I am one that prefers the calories shown on the thumbnail- it helps me gauge if i want a lighter or heavier workout that morning, more calories burned, it’s most likely going to be more intense ( for me anyway, my burn is close to yours) it all helps me reach my goals on my Apple Watch!
This was a great bardio strength workout. I like the combo of barre/dumbells & cardio. I have done barre strength before but not this one. Good to prepare to more and heavier dumbells next time. Thank you Tracy.👍😅❤️

This was fun! Had to do the curtsy lunge sweep without weights until I figured out my balance. 😂 Was glad you repeated these exercises 3 times so I could figure out what was moving where! 😂
