You can definitely go with a smaller pot❤️
Looks great but never saw you add the milk. I have a deaf friend who would not see that done and would omit the milk.

When you say stock…is it chicken stock?
You can use beef or chicken hope this helps❤️
I swear I heard you say to add 5 cups of chicken stock and two cups of milk. Did you add the milk?
I did add the milk the camera cut before I added it so yes you heard correct ❤️

Hello jai, I never made this without onion so not sure how it would turn out knowing the onion is what sets the flavor..not sure if he likes shallots those would work onion powder maybe if you try with powdered please let us know how it turned out for you and thanks for watching ❤️
Did you add milk? You said two cups when you added the stock, but didn’t see you add the milk
