Great content, just wanted to point out a correction in this video. In sandwich ELISA the antigen is bound between the capture antibody and detection antibody. What you are saying here is Indirect ELISA which uses detection antibody for detection of capture antibody-antigen interaction. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks!
