I write things, but I write in so many places, so it all just comes back in agan after a few weeks and I end up writing the same things in adifferent book/on a different medium.
It means you're not "done" with the idea/problem/concept. Some things take me years to digest, see in a different light, understand why it stuck/stopped when there was deeper meaning (to me or someone else) under it. Another help was "state of mind" training at work. The very next day, stuck in traffic, turned directly to facing "Your gonna be late to work!" with "Yes, and stressing about it, driving faster, will only get me there a mere 2 minutes less late, so let it go, because there's not a thing you can do about it." Geesh, it was so relaxing to let it go. At work, "This is only temporary."
As someone who does the same thing I challenge us to hide all other journals and pick one and make it a brain dump journal. Write anything and everything even if it’s multiple times just to get it out our system. We can finally clear the files that are behind in our computer like brain and just run a normal (as peaceful) as we can make it. Ready set go
Very informative thank you. I like the Mind Map method. I would have to improve myself on the visuals to make it more memorable and easier to see the whole thing.
@@verbaltovisual Great website. Very easy to navigate to everything and visually appealing design :) I like "The Classroom Teacher Bundle". I need to save up or wait until you have a special offer of some kind :)
i dont have any cluttered thoughts it’s just that my head is a mess and i feel like there’s loads i need to do but idk what any of it is i think i’m overwhelmed or stressed but i cant find why even when i get my work done my head still feels a mess
Works with post it papers (on a board or wall) very well especially when you place them on different order by time or even when you gather them in different categories..
I’ve always wanted a treadmill with a small board that runs across the handles for a makeshift desk to write ideas! Mine always come when I’m on the treadmill! Thank you for the video!
Im beyond that i cant write things down because usually theres something dollowing that and if i write it down i forget about it all together and leave it for another tome and with how racey my mind can be its only a matter of time till im doing it with something else at hand and its like a snowball effect after that it just builds up one thing after another. Trying to be more focused with one thing at a time and also actually doing what it is instead of writing it down..
