Spending more time with the ideas and concept that inspire you is very relevant today, considering the constant bombardment of information that we undergo on a daily basis. This type of note taking is super helpful for this.

Hi Doug, thanks much for generously sharing your skill and knowledge... appreciated much!
The idea of summarizing in your own words, writing key ideas that matters to you, with drawings and linking it to your big why and experiences..PLUS, making actionable tasks from your learning... all these are really helpful to keep in mind what matters to us and see the fruit of what we have exchanged our time with.
    Reading regularly +
+ learning with retention (write key points, summarize, reflect, recall, act) ...
    +application (integrate action after) ...
+ passing /sharing what we've learned to others
= successful trade off for our time well spent.
Here's a happy subscriber looking forward for more of your helpful videos at Verbal to Visual. :)
