Big fan of Racer gloves. I've been using the HiPer since they were released and my wife has a pair of High Racers. Both are holding up great and are plenty comfortable for daily use.
Hi, thank you for all the reviews you guys put out it’s much appreciated. I haven’t heard of the Racer brand before. Do they have any CE certification? Does anyone have any real world crash testing in these gloves, and how did they hold up? How do they compare to say Alpinestars GP Pro R4? Thanks again.
That’s interesting because after a low side at the track, the seam on the palm of my Alpinestars GP Pro R3s opened right up exposing my hand! Unimpressed for sure….
Hi! I just entered the riding scene and I know the importance of quality gear. But I have been seeing RUclipsrs who owns gauntlet gloves like these but on the street, most of them are just rocking high quality leather gloves(non-gauntlet) that cost maybe 2x or 4x cheaper than this. So should I pull the trigger on this? It will be my first purchase and I have barely ridden motorcycle since I'm fresh out of the driving school to make judgment if I need such high level gloves
Hi, I bought a pair of RS Taichi GP-EVO R (new model) that I found at a really good price but I'm sending them back to Japan because the knuckle protection digs hard into my knuckles and the thumb is way too long and large, but even worse the stitching digs real hard under my fingernails... Do Racer gloves also have that kind of stitching inside or is it as good as Held Titans?
I like that these have the sps system. In the street i wear the knox handroid pods. Do they make a shorter version with the finger bridge? That is the thing i wish Knox did
Do you have any recommendations for a gauntlet glove that has short fingers? The alpinestars gloves are basically the only ones that work for me in the short cuffs, but their gauntlets are all way too long in the fingers for me.
End of the day the majority of the gloves on the market will offer very similar finger length as that is what has proven to fit most riders. Held is a brand that used to produce a couple of models with varying finger length but they are no longer distributed here in the US. The best solution for you is to go to a shop that has a lot of gloves in stock (like we do) and try on some until you find a pair you are happy with. - Van
Depends on the model but I would say these are pretty close. For some focused help you can shoot an email to maxvan@sportbiketrackgear.com and Max will get you all dialed in. - Van
Two new gloves available in black and white in like two days... and these look as comfortable as the RST's I got from you. You're KILLING me!
After doing this for 20 years I still get excited when I see the new gear! - Van

Thank you for watching and for sharing your feedback! - Van
I appreciate you guys even offering this brand. Similar to Rst in terms of value but offer as much as gloves in the 400$ range
Proper race gloves here by Racer.
Indeed, PROPER!
This is the same model Max is using in MotoAmerica Supersport. - Van

All I can say is a slow lowside and my alpinestars gp pro r3s broke a seam in the finger. Air bag didn’t even deploy. Huge disappointment.

@@jby737 just ordered the racer hi-per gloves. Will see how they hold up :)

I feel like this is the best full race glove on the market today. You will not find a more comfortable pair with no sacrifice in protection. - Van

None available at this time! Although, we do offer the Racer Guide Glove. Offering the SPS System, no pinky bridge. $121.99!
I bet these full gauntlets are more comfortable than the short gloves you are wearing now. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear I may give it a try they look nice

@sportbiketrackgear yeah I work at cycle gear and I've had no luck so far with gauntlets haha, I'd love to stop by your shop when I'm in the area!
this vs rs taichi in terms of fit?
