Taco BOAT Recipe:
Brown a pound of ground, turkey, or meat of choice. Then add taco seasoning packet with 3/4 cup of water. Cut small round tortillas, halfway and place as shown in the video in cupcake pan. Add cooked meat and any toppings you choose place in the oven at 350 for about 8 min. ENJOY!

Love your channel! When my daughter was expecting her first child so many people were asking what I wanted to be called. I said I would leave that to my first grandchild and as long as it was respectful I would be fine with it. She came up with Grammy for me and she called my husband Papa. Papa was actually one of her first words. That grandchild is now 21 and we have 4 others, she and all the boys still call us Grammy and Papa. I love the taco snack idea! I’ll definitely be trying that one out. So glad Archie is feeling better!

Lol my husband is the same way about dinner. I told him recently that I am going to start incorporating more Mediterranean foods into our meals…whole grains, vegetables, fish etc instead of so much meat and starch. More heart healthy! Needless to say, he was less than thrilled 😆

Hello Karen, I really can't wait to make the muffin pan tocos. They look really good and easy to make. I have started decorating for spring too, even though we are expecting snow in Jersey on Tuesday . Even though I am 71, I still remember those menopause days... that was just awful !! I’m glad you found channel! I started watching a few years ago and I’ve learned so much from Karen and her friends. I’ve learned that Nordstrom is a great place to shop, and that there’s so many wonderful ideas you can do with your friends I think I learned how to make the most of every day from the way Karen lives, I’m 58 now and living my best life!

I love to order frozen avocado because it’s great for throwing into shakes. That way you don’t have to worry about the avocado getting over ripe . Then I use the fresh avocado for salads .

I am having trouble with your audio lately which seems very soft. I turn it up a lot and then when an advertisement comes on it blasts at me and I have to do a swift lowering of the audio 🤣

Loving your Spring decor ideas Karen, you have such good taste and it warmed my heart to hear that Archie is doing better 💖 I am an empty nester at 60+, but not retired, I still get up early 6 days a week for work outside my home and luckily for me I sailed through menopause without too many hiccups. nice video. We had 2 days of rain in So Cal, much needed. I really like cooler weather while i can get it. will you do any decorating for Valentines Day & making Valentines treats? I didnt see any last trip to store. The 5th would of been my son's birthday, it has been hard. i usually like to get cookies or something to have on his day. missing him! Hoping you dont have carpel tunnel, would it help to put an ace bandage on it? i sprained my ankle 3 wks ago. not really bad but it hurt. So glad Archie is feeling better. I didn't see your poll. You’ve given me the Spring Bug already, Karen! Love it! I’m sorry about your wrists, I had carpal tunnel in both hands and had the surgery..easiest surgery I ever had so don’t be afraid if it comes to that. So Glad Sweet little Archie is doing better !❤❤❤

Hello Karen, When I bought my new built home 8 years ago, I fell in love with the neutral beige color. The base boards and all the trim/doors are all the same color. The wood has a semi satin finish. Sometimes the color has a slight gray depending on the natural light. My kitchen cabinets are a graphite color which I love. I aways change up my decor every season with different colors. That way if I am tired of the color, it is so easy and cost effective to change out. All of my upholster furniture is linen. I do remember that you had said in one of your videos that you buy your granddaughters a pearl for one occasion each year. You are a very thoughtful mom and Nona. I am that way with my family as well. I enjoy watching all your videos. How is Little Orchid doing?

I'm so sorry to hear about your hand, but Karen steroids are so bad for you, is it a cream or pill? a cream ok but not pills...I took steroids for years for allergies and they cause extreme weight gain, and that's the short version for a long sad story....however I loved your gorgeous spring decor, the vignettes were just beautiful!! And that recipe is one I want to try maybe tomorrow, sounds so tasty and easy. Thanks for your wonderful video!!
Actually, he gave me pill steroids but I only taking them for six days that's it!! Let me know how much you like the taco recipe. Oh my gosh they are so good!!
