  • Learn a breathing technique you can practice at home to help ease anxiety. Alternate nostril breathing activates our parasympathetic nervous system to help ease anxiety and calm our mind. It balances the right and left hemispheres of our brain by balancing the airflow of the left and right nostril This breathing practice is also the perfect bedtime companion to help alleviate insomnia and promote a restful night's sleep.
