Perhaps the striping of the young man's garment, even Jesus' garment represents the persecution that followed Joseph. Could it represent the persecution of the Church? @ 12:30 - geez lady/scholars we are 'saved' by believing in/on Him. The santification comes from His innocent BLOOD on the wood. There are all sorts of songs and Spirituals and hymns about His blood. Remember the life is in the blood? It makes us white as snow. (Mormons love that part.) He was our Passover Lamb. What did the Hebrews all smear on their door posts & lintel? Lamb's BLOOD. It saved the first born of every household. There were TWO Sabbaths that week. The blood of the lamb. duh
