      A lot of people got a job in IT just watching my video. I have videos on how to talk in a job interview. Also have videos on how to fix your resume and other videos on how to make your own tech skills in helpdesk and add it to a resume.

    hey kevin, I like this video about ticketing systems it is very useful and informative. Requesting you to please upload a video on how to use ticketing systems effectively, ITIL V4 Process and a video on how to use Service Now Ticketing System.

      You need a license for service now. I'm not familiar with ITIL 4 process, we don't really use that on my job environment.

    hey, Kev, I have a question about keeping logs and documentation, are they done on word or on the ticketing system?

    • @KevtechITSupport
      @KevtechITSupport  3 года назад +1

      Ticketing system, confluence or wiki page. Sometimes on a share drive for IT. Depends on the company.
