Ah yes Kevtech, thanks for making IT seem less scary. I was worried how it was going to be after getting a job out of college, now I'm not so worried. I really need to study up for my comptia though, I am getting a lot of the questions wrong on the practice tests I've been taking. It's kind of silly how it throws around so many technical terms that you don't really need to know in order to take care of tickets, but I guess they want to make sure you are as prepared as possible

You can use powershell for the outlook delegate status as well. Takes more up front prep if your 365 tenant is using modern authentication and 2FA, most people are now, but it allows you to make that change without going to the users outlook and allows you to make more large scale changes for example if the calendar needs to be made accessible for everyone in the company.

Honestly what I'm looking for is just working with computers but not like a call center situation. I work at a call center job and I really dislike having to be "fake nice" I like being real and I'm usually no nonsense unless it's appropriate to joke or whatever. I probably sound like a jerk lol I'm basically trying to find that right fit for me. I dont mind talking to people, but having to do the whole salesman thing just annoys the hell out of me.
