Adobe is the worst. In my company's environment, Adobe reader is required on laptops, but it often conflicts with installing Acrobat Standard. We can install Adobe from the company portal app, but you can also log into employees Adobe account and download apps that way, which is confusing to people. Then when things don't work, you have to mess around with trying to Uninstaller programs and messing with reg editor because although you Uninstalled a program, some reg edit variable thinks software is still there. I didn't mention all the details or issues, but Adobe is my least favorite ticket to get.

I deal with scripting in python, wireless (monitoring the wirelss network and surveys), VOIP (installing phones, creating new accounts with new phone numbers), Switches (configuring switches, dataport activations), and hostmaster (DNS/DHCP registrations) work. I have some helpdesk experience from working with the System Admin of our Computer Science department when I was in college. I only did 5 months of helpdesk work and after college I got the position I have now that is more of a network admin role! I am hoping to become a network architect in the future! Seeinf this makes me want to brush up of some of the skills that I have missed!
Not to be nosey but do you grind your teeth alot? I just noticed you seem to have large massetter muscles. I had it too and I got massetter botox and it really really helped. It also helped slim down my face and helped me look more attractive. I no longer get headaches from grinding my teeth.

It would be good if we could explain in 1 video the things that can be difficult for us when we enter the real world and what we need kevin thanks.
