Nice noise cancellation. Almost...almost, passed the barking test! Cool feature of the Jabra Link. Personally, I'm more into the wireless headsets (satisfied using Epos Adapt 560).
That barking test was on point !!!! I might give Jabra another chance, since the 3 german sheppards living next door aren't going anywhere ... but i have a concern with the earpiece fabric , my last Jabra earcover completely shredded apart after i left it in its package for months.
I bought these for work from office, the mic noise cancelling is great! But the earcups let all the sound in, do you know if ican buy some better earcups for them?
Hi @darren4417 The Engage 50 cushions are 55mm diameter on the outer portion that covers the ear. You can contact Jabra to identify an authorized reseller in your region. www.jabra.com/accessories/jabra-engage50-ear-cushions##14101-71
1 question, is the noise cancellation working only with the software installed.....most PC's in Callcenter are locked and you can't download any software...
Hi citi76t! This is a frequently asked question. The performance of the Biz 2400 II should be good even without the software/firmware. However, one way around this issue is to connect the Biz 2400 II to a personal computer, make the updates, and then use with call center PC. It would be great for your contact center manager to have a discussion with Jabra directly to discuss reasons why they wouldn't allow Jabra Direct or Xpress. I sit down with Jabra, Poly, Logitech, and EPOS to discuss how their software benefits business in this video. I was blown away with noise cancelling capabilities! I'm gonna buy this! Thanks

Hi! Was the video sound recorded by the Evolve 50??
Awesome review! Any idea about the dimension of the ear cushions? Planning to buy an extra. I’m outside US. Idk what exact diameter to buy.
