Thank you for producing this content. It truly helps when researching and comparing many different types of brands.
Glad you like them!
I love how good the microphone sounds. Not even just for noise cancelling but it doesn't sound nasally. Great video as always!
Definitely! This is top of the line for Jabra wired headsets.
Thank you very much, I watched your reviews for two days, thanks to your tests, I found the very best option
You're welcome! Glad we can help.
One of the best channels in youtube. This video convinced me to buy these headphones for work.
Hi Louis, thank you for the feedback!
I recently discovered your channel and I thoroughly enjoy watching you and your brother doing such great product reviews. I have been wearing headsets 8 to 12 hours a day as a Medicare agent in a call center for the past 18 years. I currently work from home now...on my employer's compute. 4 days ago, after I clocked out from an 8 hour shift from work, I went to my living room and turned on my TV. As soon as the sound came on, my ears began to hurt, as if the volume were turned up higher than usual. To my surprise, it was not...and was actually at my normal volume. I had to immediately turn the volume down even lower because of the pain that the sound was causing my ears. I picked up my acoustic guitar and just gave it a moderate strum, and, immediately, I was experiencing pain in my ears from that as well. I then realized that I had become sensitive to sound, and I became really worried. I make my living wearing headsets, plus I am a musician and play both acoustic and electric guitar. I googled the symptoms and the best guess, without seeing a specialist yet, is that i've acquired a condition called Hyperacusis. Long story short, I'm guessing (and hoping) the cause has been because of wearing cheap headsets, which I furnish myself. I have been watching a lot of your videos. I like these Engage 50's but wonder if they are plug-n-play. I cannot have unapproved apps/programs/software on my work computer. Btw, if you are aware of this condition and have any advice or headset recommendations, a could certainly use it. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your story! Yes, the Engage 50 is plug and play. Another model that's very unique especially for people that having hearing impairments or who are concerned wearing headsets is here ruclips.net/video/LRmTMpZVoVc/видео.html
This is a very unique experience for a headset because it uses bone conduction technology. Nothing rests in or on your ears and you can hear the callers clear! Give it a look.
Awesome review thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Looks amazing! I wish I had a headset like this when I started my career in sales.
We had 10+ sales reps dialing prospects from a small room, and I couldn't even hear myself when wearing the cheapest Jabra headset our company provided us.
I had to use in-ear headphones to hear prospects and have a headset hanging on my neck to use its mic. It was very uncomfortable, especially when I wanted to step away from my desk.
Prospects were also joking that they could hear my colleagues better than me because we had girls in a team that spoke and laughed very loud 😁
This would work well in that type of environment. Thanks for your feedback, Andrii.
Your channnel is really helpful😊
Thanks for your feedback! Welcome to the channel.
Wow I love those jabra really satisfied with the noise cancelatión mic excelente
Thank you yes Jabra is doing very well!
Awesome review! Any idea about the dimension of the ear cushions? Planning to buy an extra. I’m outside US. Idk what exact diameter to buy.
They are smaller I’d guess off the top of my head somewhere around 30-40mm
Can you please test Engage 50 II? What's differents from previous model? :-)
Video coming soon! Stay tuned :)
Does this come with sidetone?
Thanks for the great review as always. But isn't this a headset from 2018?
Hi Sergio, you're welcome. We're not sure the exact date this headset was made but it's not a brand new model in 2022, although still very popular.
@@HeadsetAdvisor I tried a couple wired sets and this one, for me blows them all away. Very happy with it. Thanks Again!
Hi, does the usb accessorie works as a stand alone mute toggle button? For me, it is not being recognized by the jabra software
Yes, the USB call controller has a mute button.
I'm working from home. Can you also include baby cries in the tests?
If I don’t use the software to customize is the noise canceling mic still effective?
Hi Brittany, the mic noise cancellation is built in so no software is needed to turn this on or off.
Is there any chance that this headset can be paired with an usb-c to lightning adapter to an IPhone?
We haven’t personally tested this so we can’t say for certain
Hello, I've been searching for an answer...I see that Jabra headsets can connect to mobile devices, but I can't find any test of how good the noise cancelling is when connected to a smartphone. Can you help me?
Hi Joe, there shouldn't be a difference in the mic noise cancellation connected to a mobile phone vs your computer. I can't confirm if that's 100% accurate as we haven't personally done this test. But the mic noise cancellation is built in so it should work the same no matter the device you connect to.
@@HeadsetAdvisor You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for the reply! I hope your business grows, and it will with this kind of attention.
@@joetowers4804 we appreciate the feedback and we won't stop anytime soon!
