I am so glad to see that you'll be trying to sell on Amazon, too! I did the same thing as you--I signed up as soon as Printify announced they could connect to Amazon, and I published one of my best selling shirts over to Amazon, but I found Amazon's dashboard to be incredibly confusing. I feel like it'll have a big learning curve, so I was hoping one of the RUclipsrs that I follow would do the same thing and then teach us how to!
@@niccacollier2812 Hi! It’s an Amazon Seller Central account that can now connect directly with Printify. I’m excited about it, but I also find it really confusing! All the info needed to set things up, though, is available here from Printify:ruclips.net/video/IRdM4H7lSI8/видео.htmlsi=f3pNUMvqBYQOlbx5
Great video! The only thing that isn't really new is that you've always been able to download your mockups from the listing editor. When in preview mode you just right click on the image and a menu will appear, you'd click on "open image as new tab" and the mock-up will open to a 2024x2024 image that you can then right click and "save image as". I've been doing it that way to often include more than one person in a mock-up or if the background I added in printify wasn't aligned with the person the way I imagined. It also gives you more control to showcase your design instead of the same half a dozen faces over and over. Hopefully that helps in case anyone can't access the "download mock-up" button. 👌🏼
I truly hope that Printify Embroidery is as good as Printful...Fingers crossed! Printful is SO slow and I will switch as well once I get some samples and know the quality is spot on.
Great info as always, Christina. I had no idea about the upload option!! That's going to be super helpful so thank you. Also your hair is GORGEOUS rn! 😍 Just had to point that out haha
Thank you so much, Cristina! I hope you have a blessed week! Also, I'm very eager to learn more about the Amazon/Printify option. Will you be creating "how to" videos for this? Thank. you!
Thank you and I love your videos:) May I ask If there are words trademark protected for instance 'Donald Trump' can you still use them in titles and tags although not using them on the designs ??
What I like to have is a the way to edit the SIZES CHART background , font letters and text stiles or otherwise copy the text on sizes chart to create own charts. Sounds good?
Im not a fan (also I am Canadian so I cant anyway), I'd rather just do my own website if i was going to have to drive traffic myself. On Printify pop up store you have to drive all traffic but there arent many tools to optimize conversions the same way that owning your own shopify site would
Which print providers print on the sleeve? I selected that as an option under choices but then there's nowhere to add the image or text to the sleeve. Please clarify
I’d be curious to see how to stay competitive on amazon without prime shipping. I sell on amazon handmade but am now switching over to be able to sell pod on there.
I was wondering if we could sell our Printify POD products under our handmade account. If yes, I wonder if there is a limit. I know we can add nonhandmade to our handmade account, just not sure about POD Printify fulfilled FBM. Stay competitive by offering personalization would be my guess.
So, I'm assuming the Printify/Amazon integration is within Amazon Seller Central not Merch On Demand? Can you put together a video on how you did it? I can get approved for Merch so want to try Seller. Thanks.
You said you can reuse the uploaded mockups? For some reason, when I upload my mockups and duplicate the same listing, they are not there, and I have to do it all over for each listing...
Actually Printify just told me: the custom uploaded mockups will need to be re-uploaded when duplicating a product, they will not be automatically synced over
When I go on printify I could not find the embroidery option. I asked in the chat is they stated they do not offer embroidery option but they are working on it.
I think everything is so expensive? If you double the price aren't you selling t-shirts for like 40.00? I just retired and I need money, but nothing seems legit. I hate to be negative, but I have no clue and tired of losing money trying to make money. HELP
My shop hasnt been shut down? I am still selling on Etsy. Though I do recall another youtuber recently got shut down but I cant remember who it was but saw the youtube title on my feed
Over the past year, Amazon has shut down many accounts selling supplements. They are extremely particular about labeling requirements, necessary approvals by the FDA, as well as complaints from customers. To be safe, stay away from supplements and cosmetics. anything applied onto the skin or ingested is also usually a "gated" category so you must apply to sell products in those categories. Do yourselves a favor and stick to other items.
Yeah but mocks you have to down load it doesnt just plug them in like before its getting more time consuming. I see a lot infringements on platforms. Surprisingly they havent got sue or shut down yet. I do like how we pay a monthly and stock items are out such bs. These new products are not good lol. Its takes almost 2 hours to use all the tools for 1 product design.
My mockups still automatically uplaod to my Etsy store, I dont have to predownload them and reupload them if thats what you mean. I only pick products that have backup suppliers on printify to avoid out of stocks. If I were to print and ship these products out myself, Id be spending a whole lot more time on my business so Id way rather use printify. And I've tested other POD platforms and printify was the best in my experience but it can depend on what product you sell. The infringement on platforms is the platforms issue yet and many have/will get shut down for it
I wouldn’t print anything with low contrast! I only do high contrast prints so I’d only do white on black. I wouldn’t even do black on like forest green
This is why business insurance exists! Many companies sell supplements, food, candles which all carry a liability. Would recommend speaking to a business lawyer before selling any product that has a hazard to learn how to protect yourself and what insurance to buy before hand

Downloading mockups from Printify isn't new. I've always downloaded them from the preview. That's how I get custom mockup proofs to show my customers.

Thank you so much Christina, please show us how to do embroidery on clothing once is available on printify 🙏
Will do! I created an embroidery mockup creator in my bio but will do a full tutorial when its available on Printify
You must have access to hats that I don't have because I typed in "Embroidery" and nothing comes up yet.

I will when I learned more about it! Ive started uploading some products but I am not a fan of the amazon UI so far
Thank you for the updated information unfortunately, embroidery does not show up when I type it in.
Thank Cristina excellent video as always
Great updates! Thanks!
thank you I'm trying to rebuild my Etsy shop I just left it alone after Jan 2024 Apparently Printify is making it easier to add mockups -Great News
Thank you for this! Very helpful.
Adidas polo is embroidery now for early access
Thats amazing newsss!! thank you for sharing!!
I started my printify account yesterday and I am overwhelmed but it is fun.
It is! Once you get the hang of it its awesome but it does have a learning curve to get started.

Yup I know about Printify's new stuff 😝😍
Can you upload videos into the mock-up upload section?
You can upload 1 video yea
Oops sorry I thought you meant for Etsy, for printify no

Amazing!!!
So does this mean a Canadian seller can integrate with Amazon to sell from a USA print provider ?
Yes! Im Canadian and got set up with Swiftpod :)
Custom products is they way to go to justify the longer shipping time against Amazon prime .
