I've been thinking of adding this feature. It's such a good idea. Thank you because this video helped clarify the main aspects to have on the insert. Love all your videos, super informative and helpful.
I’ve been using these, but definitely have some tweaking to do. Thank you for this video. People watch this even if you already have your inserts set up!
Awesome. I also add a QR code for sign up for my mailing list with a coupon incentive. I guess you can just decide what is most important, mail list or social.. bc you can’t have too much on there or it’s confusing. or if you wanted to entice people from etsy to go to your site you could list your url for your own website. But I think for sure some coupon to entice customers to come back is key.
Thank you for the video, it's super helpful! With the 20% off return code, how does it work if you are already running constant sales? - Would they get 40% off if you are already running a 20% off sale? - I would like to do something like this but unsure how it would work. Thank you!
Hi Christina, I have an Etsy question.. I am planning to open an apparel store for Dog lovers wherein I will be putting designs for Top 19 Top dog breeds in U.S.A and the 20th section would be dedicated to other dog breeds.. Now my question is that Should I only put 1 product that is t-shirts on my store OR Should I rather have 2-3 products (t-shirts, mugs, blankets) under each dog breed section to give the customer more buying options and thereby also increase my Average Order Value? I would appreciate your response, thanks!
I do like to focus on 1 product and THEN when i know the design sells- then I put it on other products. That way I'm not always listing 3 things with 1 design that doesnt work. Call your sections gifts like "dog mom gifts" "corgi gifts" etc if you plan to have multiple product types. Id research first which product has the least competition and start with that!- I check using eRank and searching like "corgi blanket/corgi shirt/corgi blanket"
Haven't had any sales to send them out on, but I used an AI image of a cat sleeping next to a pile of books & a steaming cup of coffee I created in an AI image generator.
Are you having issues with SwiftPOD shipping out on time? I'm trying to figure out what's going on with shipping because they've delayed shipping twice for me today being the recent and I don't understand why. Thanks C
You know that white layer under the design or whatever is showing when blurring designs or using gradients. I recently found out about this. Do you think people are ok with still buying shirts with that white layer in the background. I hope you know what I mean? Would that be considered a defect or fault in the clothes. Please let me know. Do you think people will still buy it? Do I need to mention it to them in descriptions? on dark color shirts btw
Dont do blurred designs or fades, personally I also dont do gradients. You cant print transparency and things that will show on your computer wont translate well to printing so to keep my design files good quality, I just use solid colors
Thank you! I just followed your video and made one and when I went to upload it to printify it was all blurry, like everything? I sized it the same as you, any idea what happened? where I went wrong with it?
What do you post on social media? I have heard other creators say you should only build social media if you have a niche store and not a general store.
I do agree though that it helps to have a niche if youre focusing on building a social media following. But if its just for tagging your products like this video, then tbis helps :) My store has multiple niches but my social media does focus on my 1 big niche

Should I put expiration date to the coupon code?

Nope, Etsy doesn’t allow coupon stacking, so they can only apply the 20% off or whichever coupon offers the bigger discount. :)
Love your show
Thank you so much. I love you.
great tips thank you :)

Hi Christina. Do you have 1:1 consulting available. Ty
Plz make a vedio on fourthwall.
Can we use the QR code as a link to join our email list to get the discount code? So that they have to sign up before getting the code?
yes you could also do that!

@ is there a way you can avoid that white layer under?

Try saving it a larger DPI! drag the file quality slider up and resave it

I post some my mockup photos and also include a link of my shop. Its mainly so that buyers can tag you. :)
