FYI..Chatted with Printify today and for those orders that are done manually, the mail inserts will not be included as of right now. Printify is working on to improve it in future.
Ideally you should never have to do manual orders! If something is custom then it should show up in your "other orders" tab and then be able to be fully connected like normal.
Sorry Cassiy...I just cleared up with Printify that manual orders (orders you make yourself) will not have inserts included however orders coming from Etsy that are done manually (orders in "other orders" folder" ) will include mail inserts. @@CassiyJohnson

Francisco sold 372k and he’s not the only one selling those kinds of numbers. Other people making lots of sales could absolutely start making an extra 50-150 sales per month using this strategy as well! Obviously people earlier in the journey might not get that many but even a few extra sales per month would be super worth it 🔥

5% is totally fine, you just have to make sure that if you're running a sale in your store already, that the coupon gives them more off! If you run a 20% off sale in your store and then give someone a 5% off coupon, then it will charge them more when they use the coupon because now they are getting 5% off instead of 25%. I think 5% is plenty!

Thank you for your wonderful videos. I'm simply stuck in a mental block with combining multiple listings into one. There has to be an easier way to do that instead of copying and pasting 10s to 100s SKUs per listing from Printify into Etsy - any advice on that please? perhaps an idea for a new utility to do this!
That is the only way to combine listings. I personally don't combine listings because of how long it takes. What I do is I would make a Tshirt listing and make a separate sweatshirt listings. I then use a different title and tags for each listing and I leave a link to the matching listing in each description. This approach also gets your design in front of different customers since I gear my seo to sweatshirt searchers for one listing and Tshirt searchers for my other lsiting.
Unfortunately this is the only way to make combo listings! This is actually one reason why I don’t make combo listings 😂 I rather make a listing for say the design on a shirt and another for the design on a sweatshirt. I then drop a link in the description to link the customer over to the other product.

I guess you probably can’t do that, but if people are buying more and giving it to their friends, personally I think that’s awesome! Just have to make sure that you are still making a profit after the discount is all
You can set the duration. You can look at when the item will likely be delivered and set it for that day until the next day or day after. That could mean the person could use it 100x in one day but that’s better than using it forever

It seems that these codes are related ONLY to people who purchased, favorited, or put in cart and had them specifically sent to them. So... odds are that code sent with purchases only apply to the person who purchased the product. But... I can't find where I read it so I can't verify what I just wrote. Francisco said he makes THREE codes, one insert for purchases, one code for items in cart, and one code for favorited items. That way he knows where the code was used. It was a good interview. He was very informative.
Actually, that is a win-win! For 15 cents and the occasional 20 or even 25% off to get a new and repeat customers, that's a very, very inexpensive price to pay. I'll take that any day!
Hey ! Does anyone know how the personalization with a photo of a pet or human works? Does this integrate with hello custom?? I have searched and searched and searched, and I can find out how to upload the images to a shirt... But do I have to go back to Canva and modify and then send it to printify each time?
Photo personalization is not a feature HelloCustoms can do. Here is the reason. HelloCustom uses what is placed in the personalization box to then place those specs into the design where you have the design tagged in HelloCustom to replace. Doing personalization with photos your customers would have to send you a etsy message providing you with the photos. So you will have to manually create photo personalized designs for your orders.
With photos there is no way to automate this process yet, maybe in the future but as of now you will need to manually create these and then upload to Printify each time. But the benefit is that most people won't want to do this work so hopefully you have less competition!
Hey Cassiy, did you also stop seeing the actual results when you search for an item on etsy? It used to show the amount of listings, but now it only shows 1000+ listings - no matter what I am searching for? Etsy confirmed to me that they changed this - can you make a video about this?
I just noticed this change as well. They are always changing things on their site but no big deal! You can always use research tools like Everbee to sort the results and look at all pages at once if you really want to know how many there are! I don't really know of any other work arounds right now.
2:16 - I'm confused.. How do you get tons of people to shop with you for the very first time because they got an insert in the package the last time they ordered from you?
The strat here is if someone orders a gift for someone and ships it directly to the gift receiver your thank you card will be included in the packaging. If that person just loves their gift they might be inclined to visit your shop and buy more things from you. So you basically invested .10 - .15 with the chance of gaining another customer.
That is a great start! It takes some people a few weeks to even get their first sale. The beginning is always a little slower than you want it lol Just keep focussing on your output, how much you can learn and research and get new listings out and you'll keep seeing results!

The only thing I did differently was instead of my general shop's link to create the qr code, I used the link that was generated after creating the promo code, which allows it to automatically apply the discount when they scan the qr code! (And should still honor the share and save discount from my understanding)

Yes absolutely! Just turn it on on Printify and it will start sending them for any orders from providers that offer these

age of my store is 18 days and i have 4 sales ? that good or bad
