Snyder confirmed that Dick Grayson was the dead Robin. If you look at set photos for the graveyard in Bruce's dream, you can find a grave with the name Richard Grayson on it
Eu contraire, my little fish stick He knows exactly what it's like to lose someone he loves. You know.... like a Father. Like a Mother.... *BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE NEXT THING YOU SAY.* Like an adopted Son. Isn't that right....? BATMAN.
How the movie could have been saved? Context, per example: Batman: "Why did you say that name?! Martha, why did you say that name?! WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME?!!!!" Lois: "It's his mother's name... his mother's name... " Bruce looking at Lois and Superman, seems shell-shocked. He thinks back to what he said not 2 minutes ago. "You were never even a man" and immediately recalls the Kryptonian pleading to save his mother. Batman was close to crossing that line, killing a godlike being who regards himself as *human* as anyone else despite his strength and abilities. Bruce backs away and hears Alfred's dialogue from the beginning: Alfred (in Bruce's subconscious): "That's how it starts..." Batman backs away from Lois and Superman, he starts having mental convulsions, memories he has tried so hard to bury with pills and alcohol. Alfred: "... the fever, the rage, the feeling of absolute powerlessness..." Bruce's vision becomes obscured, where Lois and Superman are, he now sees his father and his mother lying dead in Crime Alley Alfred: "... that turns, once good men..." Bruce looks at the Kryptonite spear in his hand, his vision changes again from the spear, to Joe Chill's hand with the gun. Alfred: "... cruel." Bruce throws the spear...
Your right! While I still have other issues with the film, that would have made it much better! Regardless, #restorethesnyderverse Also, I recently uploaded a remastered version of this cover, feel free to check it out! Much higher quality video
I really don't get the hate the scene gets. I thought the way you put it in your words above was obvious. BvS Ultimate is worth the re-watch. Well spoken. #restorethesnyderverse
I vehemently disagree. The reason Batman V Superman and the Martha scene in particular is so great is because it’s all in the subtext. The scene is conveyed just through Batman’s reaction to Superman’s words and you’d have to be paying attention throughout the film to understand why he reacted in the way he did. Explicitness isn’t thought-provoking.
@@dallashewitt3742 I do as well, Robert seems to capture that darkness better, he is what a real life batman would be like in terms of personality. A broken soul who feels like a stranger in the world. I just hate the crap with cat woman, she really doesn't add anything to the story in the first movie rather than being a plot device and nice to look at (she is nice to look at).
@@Elmo914 I loved Catwoman cause she put Batman’s character into perspective, as well as having one of the coolest themes in the entire superhero genre. What’s your favorite theme from the DCEU?
😈
General Zod's themes
currently "at the speed of force"
@@Mr_jnk Me too! That, The Crew At Warpower, and the Arrow main theme.
In the dream.... they took me into the light.
*A BEAUTIFUL LIE.*
The bat has once again felt his rage at the loss of his adopted son!
This would be the perfect theme for when Batman finds Jason's dead body, fits it perfectly.
There was a edit that did that for the Under The Red Hood film, you could probably find it.
This is purely beautiful and marvelous piece of perfection
Hope we get to hear this once again when batfleck comes back to the DCEU
As far as we know that Nightwing movie is still happening 🤔 which means the canon Dead Robin IS Jason Todd. It makes Batman even more tragic in BvS.
