@@starvinmarvin101 in the battlefield everyone were fighting , heroes were dying and suddenly the surroundings slow down and Bruce thinks about his mother and his father
. With the last push he stands and walk towards darkseid and fight him but he dies by his omega beam but that will give enough time to flash to enter the speed force and reverse the time on cosmic treadmill and he will save every thing but he can't save Bruce because the timeline will change again
EDIT: Even tough flash time traveled and saved the league by alerting them , he finds that batman was killed . Flash realized that how much does he try but there is now way to change someone's fate same implies for his mother.

This exactly why I prefer DC. Because they actually make you think about how these heroes and villains have repercussions in the real world. The film was a complete package and an epic journey from start to finish. I love the graphic novels used, the properly executed punchlines, and the background of the characters introduced. This movie did a great job showing the sheer power and destructive capabilities of Demi-gods/Superheroes/Heroes/Kryptonians under on Earth. I am insanely in love with this cinematography and combat sequence. Notice how the female characters didn't bash the man's masculinity or invoke any "girl power" nonsense? And still, they came off as a powerful female character in the movie. (WW, Faora, Luis Lane, Mera, HQ and Martha). That's good writing by Goyer, the Nolan brothers, and Zack Snyder. Also brilliant acting by everyone.

@@urdilatedeyez exactly he wasnt the batman anymore he was so consumed by his anger and grief that he stopped giving a fuck about his kill code he lost it and he fell and he didnt have enough strength to pick himself up in the end superman’s sacrifice saves him he realises clark, the alien he feared so much for so long, was more human than bruce can ever be and he learnt to pick himself up he goes to lex realises the futility of his ways and doesnt brand him and then batman is reborn the dark knight we know he can be in JL he doesnt kill anybody thereby showing he truly has changed

The poetry of this section is really infectious. “In the dream, they took me to the light. A beautiful lie.” The Batman is Bruce’s coping mechanism. This is what lent him liberation as the dream shows. And the memory of that night is what keeps derailing him into the pit. The bats, the fear is the only tool that delivers him towards a myth. A myth of protecting those who require. The Batman.

For those of you who maybe did not catch it, but the first couple of notes from "A beautiful lie" is actually played in the epilogue of ZSJL. Right when Joker starts talking to Bruce in the Knightmare scene, and just after Mera asks Bruce "Who did you ever love?". Its brilliant! Even if its not as epic as this version ;)

Bruce is laying on the cold floors of Apokolips. As Darksied looks upon the mere mortal, he says "All of that work, just to get here and die." Batman stumbles to his feet. Badly injured from the fight for Earth, he walks towards the evil space devil. Bruce speaks with anger and passion in his voice: "Yknow, I've spent years in a city full of sin and hate. Trying to right the wrongs my parents never could. Sure, a few people died along the way. But their deaths were never in vain. But without them...I slowly lost my way from humanity, I became a monster....like you." Darkseid laughs, stating "I'm not a monster, I'm here for what's mine. That's not so wrong is it?"
Bruce keeps marching towards the throne saying "...and then Superman fell from the sky. Pushing me to my breaking point. So much so I almost killed him, thinking he was an absolute threat to the world. I was wrong. He was its savior, as well as all the others. And if there is one thing I learned from him. Is that to truly understand what we dont know, we must lose all fear. And Darkseid, I'm not afraid of you!". Bruce pulls out his grappler and swings towards Darkseid, hitting the tyrant with some explosives. Darkseid, shrouded in smoke walks out and says to the mortal: "Then we'll have to change that wont we!"
Shooting his Omega Beams, Darkseid nearly misses The Bat. Batman recalculated where the shot would land, and where it would hit ahead of time. Thus, he is able to dodge the beams. After a few attempts to blast The Dark Knight, Darkseid stops. "Impressive, what was your name. I must know so I can write it on your tombstone in the halls of fallen warriors" Darkseid proclaims. Bruce gets to his feet, pulls out a button, and says "Omega4193193". Darkseid looks puzzled before asking "That's your name!?". Batman says in reply "No, but that's the codename of the explosive devices ive planted all around this place. Face it, you lost to a mortal man."
Darkseid in shock steps back, "This-this cannot be!....I MUST HAVE WHATS MINE. MY BIRTHRIGHT!". Batman presses the button, sacrificing himself to kill the beast. But just before that he says "Oh, and my name...well, I'm the Goddamn Batman!".

It was said that the storyboard for JL 2 and 3 were made before jl2017...and it was Geoff Johns who leaked the script marvel took the idea and made that( time travel and iron Man death) lol ..there is even a yt video on that you can find that

Barry speaking to himself in the final scene about the repercussions of going back in time to save the world, comes from the time when he had the same thought while going back in time to save his mother, but he did not. He chose the world over his own mother and that says a lot about The Flash.

That makes sense as Lois and Superman are rumored to have a powerless son (hence the pregnancy test in Lois’ drawer) that becomes the new Batman.

The opening scene of BvS is hands down one of the greatest opening scenes to a movie. It is shot like you're reading a comic book and beautiful lie is perfect.

Liked when The Avengers came for the first time. But i love this movie, that Snyder so graciously gave us. You can see how much passion he put into it, compared to the butchery from 2017. when SUperman arrived at the battle in 2017, i was like "oh, there you are..." . Now... i KNEW he was coming and yet it felt so new, so right, so perfect, got me cheering. So many emotional scenes removed from the theatrical version, even if not finished, they were vital. This movie had it all: action, drama, tension, hype, outrage, understanding and sympathy towards all characters, heroes and villains. This is how a movie is made. Thank you Mr. Snyder, for this wonderful gift. I hope it will be followed by the rest of the story you had in mind. I really do.

Oh wow, this song is.... I don't actually know the words to describe it. One thing I know for sure: ZSJL is a modern day superhero master piece. And holy hell does this song work perfectly for his version 💙💙 I can only hope that they allow Zack to finish what he started.
