at 0:21 you didn't cut off the troops in Ile de France, you cut the troops off under Orleans, as they have no connection to supply which comes from the capital ( Paris ) edit : i also recommend you add all your armies to an army group and assign a field marshal, you get more bonusses in combat because of this
I did cut them off under Orleans that was my entire plan and also surround Paris. The troops in Paris are still going to have supply since thats their capital. Also I do know about Field Marshalls I'm just too lazy to add them. I've played this game since release I know how supply works but thanks for repeating knowledge I already know as a good reminder.
