Yup I work at 93.3 WMMR. We were talking about what costumes that the interns and some of the people who work at the station wore to work that morning.
They didn't buy any of them. In fact, we've all been with TGS/Polaris since pretty much the start of NB. They don't own our shows, they just act as a hub to help us grow and meet new fans/collaborators.
The Addams Family is the opposite of a suburbian middle class family. They live in a spooky house, they dont seem to work, they eat lizard soup and yak pie and are filthy rich for no reason. Yeah, Blue "Gun" increases the gun's ability. Red "Gun" weakens the gun. This coming from someone who once as a seventh grader got up at 2:00 AM to play this game (I was bored and couldn't sleep) and made it to the final boss...only to have the game freeze on me.
The moment when 3 guys play a game you played the shit out of as a kid and they don't quite get the mechanics or know where to and you end up shouting at your screen
I really appreciate that you guys really gave the game a real honest try. A few Protips, in case you do decide to play the game more: 1. Blue Gun icon= upgrade, Red Gun Icon= downgrade. Always try to get the maximum level gun of 8. 2. Fester was walking slow because he was, "stung" by one of those insect things. To cure that, you have to use the vice grips that Wednesday gave you. Also, certain frogs spit out, "stinger" like projectiles. Looking forward to the next show!

I had this game when I was a kid too. I just liked how it was pretty much the top-down levels from Blaster Master. Putting Fester in it made it one of the most awkward games to play, but it was still good. Also, Josh's shirt is awesome. I say keep it. :-)

Funny how Nick mentions the tactical strike. If you'd played further, one of the characters in the houses would have given you missiles. Great for dealing with the bosses.
One of my favorite NES games. Confusing at first but like you guys said, it has a very Blaster Master feel. Some of the bosses are difficult and starting from the beginning everytime makes it "game over" worthy, but it is very addictive

The spookiest part of this episode was Paul and Josh continuing this festering (with every sense of the pun) pile of game.
