First off, welcome! We hope that you'll enjoy our show, even though we're obviously of lesser quality than the types of entertainment that you're used to. Since someone is forcing you to watch us, here's some info about our show since it's a little different than GG. We play for 20-30 minutes & decide if we enjoyed the game (Continue) or didn't (Game Over). It's basically our first impressions. Even though you're resorting/settling with us, we'll try harder to make it better for you.-Nick Murphy
that end bit cracks me up every time
Glad you guys are enjoying the Sci-Fi month endings. Just filmed the last two yesterday and we think you're gonna dig 'em.
Now you do. Now you are best fan ever.
Let me just say I love how respectfully/sarcastically you reply all the time no matter how much hate is in a comment.
Once you've hunted a man...no other game will do.
Josh
"Is the Lawnmower Man Max Headroom?"
He was in the sequel, oddly enough.
They don't see themselves as reviewers. The whole concept of the show is "We're just dudes hanging on a couch playing video games, and after some time with it, we'll tell you if we'd want to keep playing this."
It's not just about the "Continue" or "Game Over," it's about the magic that happens along the way.
This guy knows. - Paul
I like Nick threateningly pointing at me at the very beginning.
Im really glad theres a solid trend as of late that video are all more or less 15 minutes plus. This is great, keep it up!
And thus, every woman in the world let out a collective bellowing cry, now that both Paul and Nick have been taken away from them. Another shining star had been plucked from the night sky. When the crying was done, they got on their knees and prayed, hoping for a sign that Josh was still single...
Haha, sorry we repped your old web-comic. Thanks for sending the game! It was...awesome?
It's people like you, Nick Murphy, are the real reason Philadelphia is called the city of brotherly love.
Sometimes we do. You should watch to the end.
I thought of this comparison a long time ago, it's something that Arin said in the Castlevania Sequelitis. Game Grumps is the bag of chips while Continue Show is the high class dessert.
Our podcast, ContinueCast, skews towards that a bit more. Have you checked that out?
Love the shorts at the end of the episodes! Keep up the great work!
Really enjoy your work guys, the effort you put into it really shows. Every episode is consistently funny and imo its only getting better each week. Not blowing smoke up your arses, just the truth, keep it up!
I was not near Market Street. It was a fake.- Paul
that's amazing how much the show have improved, and the podcast is simply brilliant, you need more attention, you definitely deserve more subs and views!
I love when you guys have the short skits at the end. You should do that more often.
Interesting fact: there is a sequel (of sorts) to this game called Cyberwar. Made for the PC and ncredibly rare, the game was known for being difficult because of design: beat the game in one shot, or back to the beginning. 3 Disc Game...yep. :P
Great episode, as usual! Loving the little shorts at the end of the episodes, a nice touch!
Bless your soul, Nick.
after a long day and lousy midterms this was a great way to wind down
0:48 the look Nick gives Paul! :D
It was a birthday gift from my girlfriend (who is totally real). It's a Diesel watch, I think she bought it off their website. Thanks, I think it's super snazzy too.
I can tell you have big plans for Sci-fi Month it seems to be something special at the end of every episode.
Great video guys! Keep the good work! I could have sworn I saw Paul when I was in Philadelphia yesterday...
Have I mentioned how much I love you fine gentlemen? Please keep making this show until time stops.
I was there...where were you? - Paul
Nick, your Max Headroom impression is phenomenal.
Man I was not expecting that ending. I knew there'd be some kind of surprise, but not that one. Absolutely fantastic.
The end cracked me up so much. This was the best thing to watch before I head to work. :D
Great episode guys. I love the show, the fact that you guys put in the effort to make little skits at the end really show your talent as filmmakers. Its those little things that make this show one of my favorite to watch.
Probably my new favorite episode of Contine? right here.
Don't see the movie, it's cursed and you will die, King of Davids.
It's really easy to be polite when you're just naturally polite to people. Views and "RUclips change" have nothing to do with treating people with respect. -Nick Murphy
The skit at the end is amazing! Great work fellas.
I like how Josh said "I'm already dead on the inside!" with a smile on his face xD
That last bit was great.
I want both the Sci-fi month and fantasy month themes for ringtones so badly!
I'm down for seeing Paul show us his mama's famous spaghett recipe, while Josh and Nick share an way too tender moment.
The new VR goggles are called Oculus Rifts in case anyone was curious.
I love you guys so much hahaha. The pure salt in that first line is just fantastic!
so I literally JUST watched the miss spiders tea party episode, and Paul makes a reference to lawnmower man, but I have no idea what that is, so I didnt even really realize he said Lawnmower. anyway, I was gonna look it up, cause it sounded weird, but forgot to. then I went on this video, and this is completely what its about. I know no one cares, but I thought it was weird. why are you still even reading this?
I was sent two years in the future from the past to send you this message 2 years late out of spite.
This game. Is based. On a movie.
Cody Cullum
I know its a movie. I also have no idea wtf I was even talking about in my original comment
I look forward to my weekly episode of Continue? more than just about anything else on RUclips.
Paul likes puzzle games? What a boss!
Continue? is the only channel I watch in HD with the brightness and sound at maximum on my laptop.
Glad I started watching you guys. Dylon Saramago of Internet Box brought me here, so thanks Dylon, as this is amazing.
Really nice job on the mobile youtube app banner. Looks really nice.
THAT ENDING SKIT. MY FUCKING SIDES, HOLY SHIT.
Of course. xD
I hope you guys enjoyed the note I included with the package.
You are a rather respectful human being Nick Murphy. Good on you!
I watched the Sonic 06 LP, and then watched this. Continue was better than the entire LP.
You guys are great! I came here because JonTron did a shoutout on a gamgrumps episode but I was impressed with your crazywits and trivia when playing games. that Max Headroom reference caught me offguard. Nice job guys!
It makes sense because time traveling? I don't know, do whatever the fuck you want, it's Sci-fi month.
Dude, there is a bountiful sea of Viewmasters available to you on...THE INTERNET. Seriously those shits are mad cheap on Ebay.
I thought this game was going to be about a guy who does lawn mowing
sorry to be so offtopic but does anybody know a method to log back into an instagram account..?
I was stupid forgot the account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Fabian Ryland instablaster ;)
@Colson Cory Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm trying it out atm.
Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
I am indeed! I remember the Eskimo thing was supposed to be a documentary for something, which is odd because everyone in it was an actor. Some time after it was done filming we got a letter in the mail that it wasn't going to be a documentary any longer but was relegated to being Viewmaster reels. I was probably only 5 or 6 at the time, but the whole thing was perplexing.
this was the best episode.
I always enjoy your vids! Keep up the great work.
Great show guys, keep them coming!
The genesis version of this game gives you multiple hits (and difficulties) for the VR segments.
Nick, you really are a great gentleman! Luv'ya.
All good, dude.
everything about this episode was awesome.
Brilliant bonus sketch!
It's our way of ushering in May the 4th every year.
thank you Mr. Nick Murphy, the thing is that I would not have found you guys without Jontrons guest appearance and I have been a fan ever since. I appreciate you guy and how you deal with them haters
I have both. Ofc I'm 30, like most of us here, as we are the ones who grew up with these old games. Thank you.
Fuckin' A it does.
lawnmower man sounds like the weirdest megaman boss ever.
I love it when all three of them go "OOOOOHHHHHH!!" haha great job guys! You made my night :D
Josh's beard is getting to be more fucking awesome then Nick's beard
God damn, Josh has a WICKED-ASS wizard beard right now.
Continue has a podcast and enthusiasm
I LOVE your scripted bits, you guys need to do more.
I've never heard of this movie before, I assumed this would be a shitty game about lawnmowing.
I was half right.
Funny, because before I saw this video, that's what I always assumed the movie was about.
Hahaha there is nothing better than waking up, dreading my 12 hour work day and then hopping on the computer to find a new episode. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.
Awesome.. I wake up to a new Continue Show.. Aaahhhh yeeeahhhhh :D You guys rock
Thanks for making videos, you guys are hilarious!
best continue ending yet
I dont know what I like more about Wednesdays. Pay day? Pizza night? Nah. Continue.
I came here from game grumps when jon left too. This is way funnier than grumps ever was IMO.
Guys I'm curious, what games do you play outside of the show in your free time?
The strange part of the movie is that it has nothing to do with Stephen King's book; If anything, it's like a twisted futuristic version of Flowers for Algernon.
It's so damn cool how these guys respond to comments. Makes me feel like I matter, too! Since you guys are so nice, I would love you have you over for brunch. That means a bunch of lunch.
Ending is TIMELESS!
I think it's clear about what they need to do now: a Sky Horse shirt!
Great episode
Josh is a very special young man.
No ad played before this episode started, so I refreshed and made sure I watched one first. What have all you punks done to support Continue? today?
I love both shows equally, and honestly I can't think of comparing them since they're different shows with the same theme of playing games.
Awesome ep, I was laughing so much at the part with the helicopter. This was one of the weirdest games I owned as a kid and I didn't end up seeing the movie until years later. Can't blame you guys for game over'ing lol
The difference from all the other RUclips gamers making videos, Continue? are simply far better at playing the actual games.
My one wish is that I could just hang out with you guys for a day. Thats it. I just want to play some vidjya games.
I can't wait for the episode on Oculus Riftmower Man
Best RUclips Channel around.
