Water makes up 71% of the Earth's surface, but only makes up 0.02% of its mass. So next time someone tells you the Earth is 71% water, spit at them and tell them to get out.
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS YESTERDAY! It was my first day back at school and my last day of summer was shit, so coming home to a new episode of Continue? really made my day.
I love you guys I have been watching for so many months possible a year or so. You guys helped me out through my darkest days and even when I felt suicidal. I love you guys with all my life
Hydrox is the original and not the knock-off. They where trying to suggest cleanliness and purity with the name, but it sounds more like drain cleaner.
It is due to the frame limit of youtube: when the character is blinking, sometimes only the frames where the character is invisible end up on youtube version of the video.
I loooooooooove abadox, its the best. I remember playing this as a kid, it being one of my first NES games. It was this horrible adventure going ever deeper in this grotesque hellscape... Also, search Abadox on google images to see the most kickass game advertisement image ever put at the back of an Archie comic. They really should have used that picture for the game's cover instead...
I really liked Abadox, rented it as a kid because of the cover art, and loved the gameplay. I played this before Life Force and Gradius, so it quickly became a favorite of mine. As a kid, it was great going thru the first stage, seeing that huge pulsating tongue, dodging teeth chomping at you, before taking out a face at the back of the throat. Great game!
I commend Nick for playing that hard as fuck game while Paul and Josh are just spouting the most ridiculous and funny shit that comes to mind. You have the focus of a ninja, Nick.
I've been scouring Ebay for an awesome random game to send you guys. I already have a couple SNES games I think you guys might have fun with, but I'm afraid you guys won't get around to playing it or I'd never see the game again haha hearing back from you guys would be great!
I loved this game when I was a kid. I even wrote one of those player guides and sent it to Nintendo Power. Got a nice letter back saying that they didn't need it. Oh well, I guess 6 would be a little young to get published.
This games plot is pretty metal "In the year 5012, the planet known as Abadox is soon eaten by a giant alien organism known as Parasitis. Once the planet has been consumed, the alien takes the form of the entire planet and seeks to devour other planets within the galaxy." also "the game takes place inside the intestinal tract of a giant alien organism" Thats not so metal... thanks wikipedia!
I've never heard of Hydrox cookies ever in my life before this week. And between this show and game grumps, I've now suddenly heard about hydrox cookies twice in one week. this is weird
Man i remember playing this when i was 7 and still confused on how it was from Milton Bradley and Natsume so is this what you get when you combine connect four and harvest moon
Wow, this game looks amazing but disgusting hard. Part 2 of the first stage reminds me of that one level in Eliminate Down on Genesis; which I recommend you guys play.
Ahh, my favorite intro to a show. Every time I hear it I perk up like a kid getting his or her first gift on Christmas morning :) Hydrox cookies are gross.
I'm really sad that I'm having to explain this, but there is no such thing as an analog file format, unless you want to consider literal manila folder files a "format." Point I was making was that a vinyl record has no "file format" because it's a goddamn solid piece of wax.
we werent poor growing up, but with 3 kids in the military, we werent rich either and this along with tmnt 2, smb2 and 3 were able the only games i had on the nes and i got the nes waaaay later, like if i were to get a ps2 right NOW later. i still havent beaten this game but god damnmit i will before i die!
Oh yes I forgot to add the apostrophe that would make it all colloquial and somehow legitimate. I left it in because I hoped it would bring someone joy.
It's a well hidden secret. Now that the cat is out of the bag, I might as well let everyone else know this little tidbit as well: Betamax was also a digital format, and actually is the best transition between entertainment mediums that ever has happened.
My grandpa used to love Hydrox, and hated Oreoes for the longest time. Ironically, he only started eating (and liking) Oreoes near the end of his life, and only because they stopped making Hydrox.
So this dude with ass prosthesis flies into Annoying Orange and encounters every heavy metal trope along with Space Pterodactyls and passes by a Space Vulva to see how many more mythical creatures exist within. I'd continue
Thanks. Glad that we could make you laugh. Stay positive. It'll get better. Stay awesome.
We all have access. If you're trying to reach one of us specifically, their Twitter is probably the best way to do that. -Nick Murphy
This is one of the funnest (funnest?) parts! - Paul
I would probably enjoy Hydrox if they could get soggy, but I'm fairly certain raw quartz is impossible to get soggy. - Paul
Please look up "Daymare" on RUclips to get an accurate representation of playing this game. - Paul
When RUclips hands you a freebie with no ad, rejoice my friend.
Because the world is a crazy place.
Josh

Going by Chad Quandt's list of teams - I want the bad guys from every Disney movie to win. Man, they never win! - Paul
That's the one. - Paul
1. Thanks!
2. Sorry, we'll try our hardest not to mention it until next Wednesday.
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS YESTERDAY! It was my first day back at school and my last day of summer was shit, so coming home to a new episode of Continue? really made my day.
I believe you bought "Double Stuff" Hydroxes. Their version of extra "stuff" is fingernails. - Paul
I'mma redhead. Sunlight don'ta work on me
Josh
You're only punishing yourself.
Does your mamma's Hydrox recipe include sand and also despair? - Paul
How long to eat it? I'm considering this. - Paul
We're gonna have a meetup soon. You live in the area?
I love you guys I have been watching for so many months possible a year or so. You guys helped me out through my darkest days and even when I felt suicidal. I love you guys with all my life

Sweet Beesus Josh, get some sun!!!!!!! Looking at you burns my eyes when my brightness is up.
~Love you guys, (especially Josh)
Little does Paul know that Moses used a pack of Hydrox to part the red sea!
Makes more sense than magic.
Sorry man. I'm trying really hard to not die.
Thank you Continue for getting me through this crap summer of work and classes! It was a pleasure going through every episode and catching up :)
Josh, I still love you.
Great episode guys, never stop making these
According to JonTron, I say everything crefty. - Paul
It is due to the frame limit of youtube: when the character is blinking, sometimes only the frames where the character is invisible end up on youtube version of the video.
Whoops..... no offense....
I love that the title of the show turns your compliment into an angrily shouted question.
One of my favorite things about Continue? Is how active they are with the community/comments. :)
Another quality episode by Continueshow

You guys fell ass backwards into one of my favorite games from childhood. Thank you.
Doesn't matter what game it is, nothing cheers me up more than watching Continue? while I eat dinner.

This is the maddest I've ever heard Nick get at a game.
I played through this game recently. I love it!
This episode was amazing, good job, guys!
I had this game as a kid. You guys should see how hard the last level is!
I always think about making the first few seconds of the theme song my text tone. but then I'd just look at my phone every time I started a video haha
their Rex Rogan episode is my favorite. I died at all the rhyming toward the end XD
Hooray, fresh shiny continue! A great distraction from actually working on my own videos :D
It's good to see you guys finally take a stand against something. I didn't expect it would be Hydrox Cookies, but what eva it's all good.
I commend Nick for playing that hard as fuck game while Paul and Josh are just spouting the most ridiculous and funny shit that comes to mind. You have the focus of a ninja, Nick.
Seeing the name of this game instantly mde me think of JonTron screaming "ASTYANAX!" On game grumps.
It's made by NATSUME and published by Milton Bradley
It says © 1989 NATSUME at the bottom of the title screen :P
Man. This game looks badass
Hey, after all these years I finally find out that the character just straight disappearing wasn't a bug on my cartridge.
You know it's gonna be a good episode whenever we get a Space Whatever.
I'm proud to have beaten this game when I was in the 3rd grade. One of the best shooters.
This game looks insane, I wanna play it
I've been scouring Ebay for an awesome random game to send you guys. I already have a couple SNES games I think you guys might have fun with, but I'm afraid you guys won't get around to playing it or I'd never see the game again haha hearing back from you guys would be great!
definite continue. i love games like this. I just downloaded it and am going to earn my purple heart.
@4:15 "You're about to get to 420, only get 20 more points dude" - Every game i've ever played with my friends
...I beat this game baked out of my mind. It's a matter of discovering the little quirks that increase survivability.
isn't that every game when you're baked though lets be real
I loved this game when I was a kid. I even wrote one of those player guides and sent it to Nintendo Power. Got a nice letter back saying that they didn't need it. Oh well, I guess 6 would be a little young to get published.

also
"the game takes place inside the intestinal tract of a giant alien organism"
Thats not so metal...
thanks wikipedia!
Hey Josh, I moved all the way to Oregon to get as far away as I could from New Jersey. Took your advice
The design in this game reminds me of the Art at Chipotle.
"Dude it's like physics or geometry or some shit"
Solid quotes by the one and only Josh Henderson
um Vinyl is an analog format that uses sound to record sound. Digital uses 1s and 0s to record sound.
I love this game and play it still from time to time ... It is not impossible by any mean. Just challenging not even really hard like some.
Loved this game. Might have been the first game I played where I found replay value in it.
this game haunts my childhood, its one of the few games i havent beaten from back then and it pisses me off...one day ill do it
I like the old episodes where you can hear the button presses
I've never heard of Hydrox cookies ever in my life before this week. And between this show and game grumps, I've now suddenly heard about hydrox cookies twice in one week.
this is weird
Man i remember playing this when i was 7 and still confused on how it was from Milton Bradley and Natsume so is this what you get when you combine connect four and harvest moon
Continue. This game looks sort of fun ;3
I like the episodes where Josh references Firefly, which is every episode.
You haven't even seen the weirdest shit in this yet, but I can understand your decision on Game Over this.
This game is super hard xD
All your shirts are grey! It's so depressing! and I bet this crazy-ass game didn't help at all. Game Over!
lol. Another great episode, guys!
Wow, this game looks amazing but disgusting hard. Part 2 of the first stage reminds me of that one level in Eliminate Down on Genesis; which I recommend you guys play.
I remember seeing an ad for this game in an old issue of Wizard when I was younger and genuinely being freaked out by its gross-tocity...
Nick was priceless in this episode
Always making my gloomy British Wednesdays better :D Love you guys!
I never connected the Firefly ship engine, and the firefly rear until Continue pointed it out.
You were always my favorite Josh.
You guys need to check out the later levels, it's sick and awesome as hell. Perhaps a Abobodox part 2 with Game Genie codes? ^>^
Ahh, my favorite intro to a show. Every time I hear it I perk up like a kid getting his or her first gift on Christmas morning :)
Hydrox cookies are gross.
I miss those montage moments you guys used to do in your videos where you played that music when you did something awsum,
If I ever had to torture a man, I would feed him an entire box of Hydrox, but only give him one warm Caprisun.
I'm dreaming for a show where Nick and Josh are clean shaven and Paul has a majestic beard. It can be on opposite day.
I'm impressed you even got past the 2nd stage, this game is fucking hard
i didnt beat this game without the damn code but it was fun seeing the game to the end shaped my childhood it did
I'm really sad that I'm having to explain this, but there is no such thing as an analog file format, unless you want to consider literal manila folder files a "format." Point I was making was that a vinyl record has no "file format" because it's a goddamn solid piece of wax.

Never not be dissin' Hydrox! Great episode guys :P
It's a well hidden secret. Now that the cat is out of the bag, I might as well let everyone else know this little tidbit as well:
Betamax was also a digital format, and actually is the best transition between entertainment mediums that ever has happened.
We're kinda game-pussies.
Oh god, I need more continue in my life
Those cat like things remind me of a roadkill cat I saw when leaving work.... That was like two days ago. RIP kitty...
I have this incredible, overwhelming sense of wonder.
I think saying "This is the planet the Thing was from!" is actually pretty accurate.
That's a pretty big back handed compliment..
My grandpa used to love Hydrox, and hated Oreoes for the longest time.
Ironically, he only started eating (and liking) Oreoes near the end of his life, and only because they stopped making Hydrox.

I'd continue
Periodontal (Gum) Disease - Periodontist is the doctor. - i work in dental insurance and was happy i could make a post! :)
04:23 I'm surprised they didn't catch that too Nick XD
