While working at Killen's BBQ Patrick Feges tried doing the right thing for the Texas Monthly dinner by moving the grease dumpster to the back of the parking lot. Not only did it not work, he created chaos right before the dinner was supposed to start and sent Ronnie Killen and crew scrambling to get the mess cleaned up and parking lot ready for the dinner later that night
