Love the ideas. Definitely want my ceiling fans to double as an art piece. I'm tired of the same overused outdated styled fans. I wish I didn't have to put a ceiling fan and instead install an amazing light fixture, but it's the south. Way too hot not to install a ceiling fan so I definitely want my ceiling fan to be a statement piece.
Just discovered your channel and it’s so informative! I was wondering if you could talk a bit about the difference between interior designers and interior decorators ? If I get my interior design degree can I become an interior decorator or is that a separate degree? Thanks so much for creating this type of content!
Nope modern ceiling fans like those that I see on the video are ugly,,,, They Look weird And make your life lazy With the remote,,,, the insulation is a lot more tougher than older fans,,, And remote Sievers fail over time,,, And they look weird and they suck,,,,
Right,,, What a lazy girl,,,, Modern ceiling fans with no pool chains and only remote make you Lazy,,,, And the new ceiling fans are really really weird And they look ugly,,,,, old fashioned ceiling fans with chains look nice,,,,, Especially when it comes to 4 or 3 Lights,,,, Which makes it more brighter,,,,,
I hate all of these ceiling fans but to each their own. I like the traditional look with more blades that look classic. I just ordered three ceiling fans from HD for about the price of one of some of the ones you listed. The prices are laughable, most people aren't spending this much on ceiling fans lol! Remotes get lost ALL of the time, pull chains, udders as you call them do not. I do agree with not always knowing which one to pull though. The technology is older but solid and reliable.
they might look nice but traditional: vintage fans blow alot more and , and also alot more useful, if you want a remote for it just go to home depot and buy one for it 👍🏽
The airflow kind of depends on the manufacturer. I've found that some chinese branded dc fans blow a lot of air. And generally, dc motors have regular, ac ceiling fan motors beat in terms of power efficiency and torque.
And if you want remote on antique ceiling fans you would probably have to do modification on the receiver. Like swapping capacitor for higher ones, though it would void the warranty. Or you could wire bigger capacitor to connect in parallel with existing capacitor to up the capacitor without cutting any wires, but capacitors would have to be out of the receiver.
😂😂 it is cool that the first fans blades disappear when it’s spinning BUT THE POINT IS THAT ITS LED??? Thank you for letting me know that that’s even an option I never would have thought to look that up
Broken ceiling fans can usually be fixed. And there is a reason remote kit is sold, so fans without remote can use remote. However depending on current rating on ceiling fans you might have to modify the receiver to get right speeds. However if you want a different looking ceiling fan and want to get rid of old ceiling fan I recommend you to sell it.
I wish we could be like some parts of Europe and not have ceiling fans. But here in South Texas they are a must. I’ve been looking to replace my ugly old ceiling fan for something more minimalistic

Glad you liked the video! Have you ever considered a floor fan instead of a ceiling fan?
@@SandySaintilus no I haven't but that's an interesting thought. Definitely going to look into that. Thank you 😁
The white one is definitely unique! One blade is longer than the others! I like that!
Lol I think that may just be the angle of the photo. I'm pretty sure all the blades are the same length
Looking to replace my ceiling fan. I like the Cannella.
In the thumbnail the fan that says nope is literally my fan
Love love your content
Love love your support ♥️

Not a separate degree at all! You can totally be a decorator with a design degree.

3:15 Oh come on $500 for a freaking crappy ceiling fan,,, Looks like a stick mounted on a Big bucket,,,, Looks kind of ugly,,
Yes yes I agree

Are you serious?
Adding fans on this video worth more than some people's car payments.
Endah.......
Enga.

You're so welcome! Happy to help :)
Who’s the lucky guy skeeting all over those?! 🤩

“…look like udders to me.” 😂 she does not mince words, does she?
Not at all 😌
Add me to the list of people that prefer vintage (looking) ceiling fans!
To each their own! Do whatever you want for you.
Lol out of all things
I just bought something like the first one! You literally saved me from old lady hell! 😂
Glad I could help!

Any of these peak your interest? And agreed! In Texas you definitely need one.
@@SandySaintilus the minimalistic one white without lights looked good to me. My ceiling fan has four light bulbs that I hardly ever turn on
