After filling out the form three times, the 'Continue' button still didn't work for me. However, I made some changes to my laptop: I turned off the virus protection, network protection, and firewalls. After making these changes, I was able to access the test and the 'Continue' button started working.
Simply follow this process no need to restart Click on continue without filling the registration details. It will mark the necessary fileds. Fill those details only Do this It worked

Bro continue button is working but you are trying to take test in window 11 . In Window 10 the continue button is working.
