This is the exact trick I used to get offers from companies like Deloitte, PwC, Cap Gemini, Infosys, etc. Just extend and stretch the "Tell me about yourself" and "Tell me about your last project" part of the interview upto 20-30 mins. After you do this the interviewer will automatically think that you have good knowledge and will end up leaving a good impression irrespective of how well you do in rest of the interview
yes you are right man!!! even i also did this and selected in my recent interview.. just explain about your day to day responsibility like for 10-15 min..explain each thing
So this video poped up on my RUclips app and so I thought to watch it. And I don't think the approach you mentioned works at all times, atleast not in top product companies. Maybe works when the interviewer and the candidate are both mediocre. I have interviewed hundreds of people in my 20 year career, and I had witnessed such tactics few times. When I notice a candidate using such a kind of tactic, I either ask the candidate to be brief and speak to the point, or I direct the screening process towards practical scenario with demos. If a candidate just takes 5 minutes to answer one question then it is a clear call that he is passing the time. An interviewer doesn't want to let the candidate drive the interview. The idea is not just what he has to say about, it is also what I would like to know about. Only then I'd be able to determine if the candidate is a best fit.
Experienced guys are well aware of it. But i really appreciate that you made a video to explain this hack. Here we should learn to consume the time of interviewer by Deeply Diving into the subject related to the question asked. In my case I always say that i am very strong at Performance Tuning. And Trust me it takes nearly 2hours to explain all the pointers related to it. By any chance if some interviewer doesn't know much about this concept they pays lot of attention to this and forgets the fact to wind up the interview within stipulated time. As a result they would consider your profile marking as Selected....
Currect..👍 Jistne Kum question face karoge selection ke chances utane he badh jayenge. Because we are humans we can't answer everything. i always use this technique and giving answers with examples which presents More positive impact on interview panels.
You are doing such a great job.... Keep it up bro and never give up this role Your suggestion and experience would be very useful every single person ❤❤
The common practice in the South Asian region of "Panna Bharo" (filling up pages with irrelevant content) to score well in exams may not prove effective in technical job interviews, particularly for senior-level positions. Although it may help secure entry-level roles that involve coding or tool proficiency, honesty about one's abilities and perseverance are crucial for success. If you possess the required skills, you are likely to succeed; if not, continue trying until you do.
Recently I make a mistake to give answer around 30 question with simple definition and they reject me now I know the reason. Interviewer want more details answer of question they asking to us.

He will ask what ever he has to because he has also some standard of selection,he will ask to code you can't waste his time,he will say let's move to the next question.
yeah agreed if you are good in tell me about yourself or last project answer sometime it will not go for next technical round they will finalize you at that time only
@@chandrakalam5468 In interview take time to answer the question whose answers you know. Due to which you will buy time and interviewer will not get time to ask questions whose answer you might not know because initially the quetions are easy.
Elongated interview is not a way to gauge somebody and should not be part of any interview as it may have a bias only towards what the candidate already knows The candidate should be given chance about the unknown and the interviewer should be able to gauge the approach A candidate is judged based off the STAR method in some companies which would expect precise question and precise answer
Wow, this method works even for exams. I answer the questions in detail, starting from the concept, and I consistently score between 85 and 90 marks on every paper with just 20 to 30 minutes of studying for each one.
That usually happens.. When we take interviews... No one likes when they go around like that instead of just answering what is asked. Because we want to save time and ask questions which can be answered briefly... We do keep time limits and a candidate can utilize that time if he is actually stuck but when a candidate tells us straight away they don't know something or knows only this much.. Instead of giving a clear response, they rambled on for over 30 minutes, repeating the same points over and over. Although I noticed this issue, I chose not to interrupt them. However, by the end, I had to be direct and told them that they had wasted both our time. The explanation was not only boring but also left very little time to complete the remaining questions. Due to this unsatisfactory performance and incomplete interview process, I decided to reject the candidate.
