i am a teen and i have came out of this phase. i realized that how much the surroundings can influence me and thus i started thinking. thinking is the solution of not everything but it will give you a perspective it doesn't matter that you can actually critically think right now or not but what matters is that this thinking can tell you that are you even in right path of life? this thinking will make you question yourself. and if you are little bit influenced with philosophies like adwait or plato or anything you won't fall in traps like these teen stuff again, keep learning. and improving. purpose in life is the most important thing i realized. im still in teens so if im wrong anywhere corrent me.

Hi Shwetabh, this is just an open thank you letter I want to write to you. 3 months ago I was very low in my life after my close friend left me ( due to some reasons, not important) was clueless and had no clue how to come out of it. As am following your videos since 2018 i was pretty clear how to get out of this rut, Earlier i had an attitude like "kya hi hota hai dil tutne pe? sab bakwas hai!" , but when i was on receiving end then I felt completely hollow from soul. As you almost every video tell "kaam karo!" was the only way to get out. I started to focus on my career growth as my job got pretty stagnant, in matter of 3 months of rigorous work, i finally cracked a job offer today who is offering 2x salary and better prospect in terms of learning. I would like to deeply thank you from bottom of my heart, because without your guidance, who knows i would have hurt myself or whatever worse. Now my confidence is sky rocket and feel much better. Hi Shwetabh, this is just an open thank you letter I want to write to you.
3 months ago I was very low in my life after my close friend left me ( due to some reasons, not important) was clueless and had no clue how to come out of it. As am following your videos since 2018 i was pretty clear how to get out of this rut, Earlier i had an attitude like "kya hi hota hai dil tutne pe? sab bakwas hai!" , but when i was on receiving end then I felt completely hollow from soul. As you almost every video tell "kaam karo!" was the only way to get out. I started to focus on my career growth as my job got pretty stagnant, in matter of 3 months of rigorous work, i finally cracked a job offer today who is offering 2x salary and better prospect in terms of learning. I would like to deeply thank you from bottom of my heart, because without your guidance, who knows i would have hurt myself or whatever worse. Now my confidence is sky rocket and feel much better.

im 19 and i love to analyse my surrounding examine human behaviour always try to seek the explanation to certain human action and i wanna embrace this trait of mine and improve it bachpan se hi overthinking kerta tha issiliye mujhe anxiety issues bhi he but this overthinking helped to me escape many unwanted problems in life yu mentioned i should read about human behaviour and i would love to do that so can yu recommend me some books on human behaviour and human emotion so i can control my emotion much better and thx for such a great video love your work
