Nice, welcomed addition to my routine. My routine is pretty mundane. I only do 3 exercises for abs. Weighted hanging leg raises. Deadlifts. Marine sit ups.
I miss my old me when I was getting ready for SPECWAR, and if I were to do your exercises now I’d probably get stuck in one of those positions🤣. Great core workout demos👍🏽
