    You guys are totally missing the point. Key word. Luxury. Most people who could afford these wouldn’t need to worry about any of the things you’re complaining about because they more than likely to have house maids to keep everything looking spick-and- span.

      I have modern kitchen with many details similar to that outlined here. But I don't have cook. I have been cooking myself all my life and we eat home cooked food 99%. I gave myself a gift of white PU finish, kitchen with modern fittings for all the home cooked meals. Have no doubts, I clean my kitchen myself.

      Actually, we work with many luxury clients who are either gourmet cooks or love to spend time in the kitchen with their families. Not everyone who builds a luxury home chooses to employ housekeepers or chefs. But thanks so much for watching and sharing your comments! We appreciate it!

    Would you let me know which hinge it could be used for porcelain as a door if we don’t want to put frame on the back?

    Great video but it is kinda funny to see these trends getting to North America just now, this is the standard approach to condos in Brazil for years now.

      So glad you like the video! 😊 Trends do tend to come and go at different paces in different places. We find the different building practices all over the world so fascinating. Maybe we'll get to travel to Brazil one day to see how you do things there. Thanks for watching and commenting!

      @@alairhomesorlando To be fair, you do have a point because at the moment the current trend in Brazil is doing shaker style cabinets and you guys are used to that for years lol If you ever go to Brazil, try to visit condos for sales, they have it all staged and usually the interior design is amazing! Cheers!

    ¿Sueñas con tu propia casa particular, pero una gran casa de campo no está en tus planes? Necesitarás algunos conocimientos de zonificación y división del espacio para dar vida a un proyecto así, por eso te recomiendo la aplicación de diseño de interiores, Planner 5D

    Honestly it’s all beautiful but I’m not too sure how comfy these kitchen are for usage. Looks sterile, not the places I’d want to enjoy a hot cup of chocolate tho and feel heaven and fuzzy on winter days.

    • @alairhomesorlando
      @alairhomesorlando  Год назад

      Jupiter, we completely understand. Some of our clients love the modern/sleek look, while others gravitate toward the more traditional. Then there are those who are somewhere in between. The beauty of a custom build is the ability to design a kitchen to fit your own style and needs. Of course, we build in the Central Florida area so don't have too many opportunities to enjoy hot cocoa as we don't get many cold winter days...that's what you get for living in paradise, but somebody has to do it 😉 So make another cup of your hot chocolate and look out for our new shows coming up...we are looking forward to your comments!

    don't mean to rain on your parade, but how's any of this a trend, or even luxury?
    handleless cabinets with all of the manners of opening shown, internal drawers from blum, interior cabinet/closet led lighting etc. have been the standard for years, if not decades (partly even in ikea), at least in europe. been using it forever.
    same for porcelain worktops, been around for a long time, but i'll give you the luxury factor there. the only "novelty" is the glass door closet, which imo only looks good with the two white shirts and vase on display on day 0, i.e. before it gets put to actual use and cluttered.
    undecided whether to call this good selling skills or smooth talk/hype

    • @alairhomesorlando
      @alairhomesorlando  Год назад +1

      No worries, we each have different perspectives so we really appreciate your comment. Trends are generally things that come and go sometimes fairly quickly and sometimes last a bit longer...one year it may be white cabinets, the next grey; this year it might be handleless, next year we may see cabinet hardware return. You are correct, these features are very popular and common in Europe. They have been in the USA in the past (where we are located) but we are seeing a greater demand for this in the new year. @DellAnnoOficial is truly an exceptionally high-quality, luxury product intended for these types of custom builds. Looking forward to what you think of our future shows.

      Hi Robert. We are a luxury custom new home builder, however, we do a healthy amount of luxury remodels. We have many clients who purchase older, historic homes and remodel them and, of course, some who simply want a change. Either way, we love sharing what's hot and what is not. Thanks for your comment. Keep watching as we've got some great new shows planned!

    A lot of these are just luxury options I would not recommend this for the average middle-class person to be trying to imitate. It will look very unpractical, and Possibly Trashy

    To me, heating up frozen pizza or making a sandwich is not really cooking. and you dont need a kitchen for that... I am sorry but this looks like old wine in new bottle, but I can tell this wine is stale...Kitchen is a place for fun, family, lab work and is not the room to meditate. Cooking is cooking and meditation is meditation, period! And those who cook twice a month do not need a kitchen. and if you cook twice a day at least 6 days a week knows too big of a kitchen as well as too small kitchen are both a 'pita'. To me, I want to see most of the stuffs and wants to know most of the stuffs where they are. And Last thing you need to hide away the regular appliances, the go to pots and pans, and the like. And those glass closet doors are stupid, too much of maintenance, and a shot yourself on the foot. I am surprised who has the "last words" on this so called trends but what I see more and more these days is people wants to hang their pots and pans in open, or show off their patina on all clads, and they wants to station all the mini appliances they have. After an entire generation, home cooking is becoming part of life again in USA.. I thought days of hiding stuffs or shipping container sized useless drawers are long gone... Having said that, things like if it lights up while opening a drawer, separate coffee / tea station are few things I love and embrace!

    • @alairhomesorlando
      @alairhomesorlando  Год назад

      We are thrilled you could find something that you love and embrace! The truly special thing is that we all have different likes and dislikes. Some like to cook, some don't; some use the kitchen for family time, some use it as their way of de-stressing after a long day at work. In this video we are sharing what our luxury clients are asking for and what we hear about what's trending from @DellAnnoOficial. Thanks for commenting!

    Why do people go with trends?. No one's going to be enjoying your house but you, so who cares what other people are doing in their homes,you should do what you like and stick with that. I think that's the most stupidest thing is working with trends, you'll be wasting money every 5 years because someone decided oh no that's not in now you got to change,its ridiculous. That goes for clothes ,shoes house colors, interior everything because stuff always come back in style which in reality it never really left.

  • @AidanSkoyles
