On this week’s episode, we are in Radlett, Hertfordshire, England - touring a contemporary kitchen design by our Design Director Rich. This is an example of contemporary kitchen design utilising matt black cabinetwork, paired with matt black hardware which incorporates luxury interior design elements with dark and moody accents. We have utilised matt black slab cabinetry and Bianca Eclipsia Quartzite Worktops. We bring together modern design aesthetics for the kitchen. Black Kitchen design is a popular kitchen colour choice recently and is definitely an on-trend kitchen colour to utilise.

nice design, may i ask why did you use two sink?
Are matte black surfaces tough to keep clean ? I like to cook but I’m messy 😂
I love your videos. For your larders, is it ok to use coffee machines, toasters and other heat-generating / potentially water spilling devices within the larder spaces, or are they intended to be housed there only and used on the main work top?
Hi there - yes you can absolutely use these items in a larder. Sometimes we even put hot taps and fonts in the unit themselves. If the bottom shelf is close to the worktop and you intend on using a toaster then sometimes we put a stainless steel strip in on the underside of the bottom shelf
