Pretty good work, just some tips from a german furniture maker (this is basically what we build 90% of the time)
Instead of wood glue, use screws (predrilled holes in the vertical panels) when coupling the 4 sides (at least when two cupboards go beside each other?), stronger and faster joint, the lamello are just for holding it in place.
The biggest improvement in my opinion you still can make, and weirdly not a lot of people do, even carpenters here:
8mm melanin particle board for backwall. And then into a rabit, not a slot. Screw this one in. Looks super clean (we use the same for drawer bottoms). Besides that nice to see it catching on, weird to see all the holes and stuff being done manually, we usually do it on a cnc^^
Use a kreg jig on the top and bottom that way you don’t see them as the worktop covers them
As a Croatian I believe in German engineering, please could you help me, I'm trying to make a wardrobe and made it in sketchup, only question is what to do to joint top/bottom with left and right panels, rafix 20 or minifix with 1 or 2 dowels? What about cabineo 12, it is expensive but is it worth it? I will do it with 18mm thick plywood...
@@mrki412 can you add me on insta ? I'll give you my Mail then and you can send me the skretchupfile and I have a Look
Danke, sehr hilfreich! :)
Rabbet.
That's beautiful! Incredibly done. 🙌
Toll gemacht.. Nice done!
Love to watch your vid , you are skillful handyman
Thats a good work, i like your upper cabinets back slots for the metalic rails and i recommend to add an extra piece of mdf(for all the upper cabinets lenght) for that led strip, to have continous lighting. Good luck.
Absolutely Awesome ❗
when you have the right tools and the imagination you cand built a world
What about experience, precision, patience, safety? These are essential things everyone cuts out of their videos because they are long and boring.
Very nice build. Looking to make some furniture at home. Here for inspiration. I'll probably order cuttings in a shop and then drill and assemble myself...
Parabéns pelo belo trabalho um forte abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷
Excellent work.
🙏❤️🙏. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. This is actually THE BEST video I ever seen 👏👏👏👏👏👏 ❤️ 💕. 💪🏽💪🏽
Despite using particle board (oh my lord...), it turned out pretty damn neat! ;) congrat
Thank you, I couldn't get over the particle board myself. And the way they call it Melamine doesn't make it better.
Lavoro meraviglioso! Complimenti
this build is too clean for diy ur a master
Thanks for showing how to hide the electric cable. May I ask you how would you route the cable if you were to install the LED strip inside the C profile?
waaaooww amazing, look nice, good job
Hi. Great job. Could you share some design of the low cabinets how you measure them for frameless handles?
Great video, thanks.
Would have been good if had showed us how did you install those cabinets, because some of those cuts which you did with the router is a bit a question to me.
Hey mate. Your top cabinets. Did you add a solid backing to it?
Nice filming and edit. Beautiful result.
Thank you for sharing
Greetings from the Russian furniture maker, carpenter assembler
Excellent ! !
so satisfying to watch. Piece of art!
Nice job 👍👍
Hi Garage11 is it possible to get the plan for this magnificent work ? Thanks Ty
Nice work
Hello, great work, I admire it, looks so simple when you doing it. Im asking how did you upgrade your biscuit joiner for vertical drills, so you dont need much positioning, you only push it to the boundry. Sorry for bad English, I hope you understood my question. Thank you for such awesome video and I wish you great succes in your work and your life.
Excellent bro 👍
What is the minimum clear height required for making kitchen cabinet with gola profile?? And what will be the size of drawers if we want to make it by using 4", 6" And 8" Tendon channels??
Thank you very much!
Hi. Can you provide the list of material used and fittings along with the dimension of the cabinets please?
Respekt schaut sauber aus🛠️
Very nice!
Hi there, your work is awesome. Do you offer any lessons for beginners?
nicely done. with the lighting what i do is when the unit is ready then i route the bottom and when installed on wall i put 1 long profile and 1 led strip init. so u dont have to run cables on every cabinet and it looks like 1 light not separate. other than that nice job. i work in my garege too got the same mess as well :)
other solution - to add one long "second bottom" for all cabinets and add light there.
Good job...👍
Good equipment 👍👍
Where did you get the panels from?
what i envy the most i show sharp all your bits are :) great cabinet making! congrats!
Good job 👍💪😉
Do you use wooden at the top to replace Marble??
Nice Job..
This is really amazing work. At 1:14 you added integrated lighting. What is called and which company are those? Thanks!
it's from hafele loox light profile
Почему не поклеян весь материал со всех сторон? Что касается сборки молодец! 10 баллов.
потому что для опилочной доски это бесполезно

Great job here! Clean results and flawless execution! I’m looking for melamine panels and size cut service, someone can help me with some links or contact. Thanks
Hi friend, very nice job, just a few question, how do yoy call de small plastic support for cabinet back? thanks

Did you do the edging yourself or have that subbed out? Would like to see a video on how you do the edging if you did it yourself please.
List of materials and accessories used?
Very good 👍👍👍
Very nice video. How does the cookies joints fare over time?
Dont have any issue - still strong
Great video. it is a really cool idea to insert the LED bar. What are the things at 8:05? Is it part of the soft closing? I've never seen some looking like that.
Those are clips for tandem runners, soft close is already built in runners
Under cabinet lights can you please provide brand or source when it can purchase
Thanks
someone's getting paid per hour. 🤣
Oes everyone in western world
Hello, these cabinets look awesome, at 8.55 you have a metal bar that divides the drawers. I cannot find it anywhere, can you please tell me what its called? thank you
It is gola profile
@@garage1168 Thank you so much!
Thank you for this question
Buen trabajo..👍👍 🇵🇪
Hi, Great video thanks, where do you buy your melamine panels? Tim
There are stores what offer to cut panels to do needed size and to do edge banding. I guess we live in different countries, so store name would not help you :)
@@garage1168 thanks for your reply.
@@garage1168 not sure if you live in ukraine or Russia but could you tell me the store name please i live in Ivano Frankvisk area ukraine
Nice work. How much time did you spend on it?
Hello, Nice job! what is the hardware at 1:55? can you link to the manufacturer?

What is the jig called that is made out of blue plastic that you used to mark the screw holes to hold the hinge at 4:51?
it is hettich bluejig/hinge jig. don't know exact model
Hello,
In 0:06. the white plastic base under your biscuit joiner. did you by or make it? if you made it, can you share ?
we produce edge banding my friend for furnature
They're using chip board which is a feast for termites and borers.
what are those tools you used? like those for drilling guide and like slicing the edgers so you can insert the disc wood?
I guess you are asking about biscuit jointer

What type of thick edgebanding is on that and where can you get it??

I would want to know more info, for example dimension. How you design kitchen? What you use for cabinet, which material and thickness. What you used for fronts?!
where did you purchase the brackets to install the c channel
I believe it’s Gola profiles from Häfele, they do the corners as well
Very Good Work...✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽... what’s the name of the white plastic fittings you used at the back of the cabinet in 3:01

How much gap did you leave between two panels gola profile finger access?
L profile is 50mm, C profile is 65mm, so gap I left is 35mm (65-50 = 15; 50-15 = 35)
@@garage1168 Thanks
Hi, What kind of countertop did you use in this project? Thanks for the video
Hi! If I remember correctly - egger h1180
is that plywood or hdhmr or mdf board that is used in the video for the cabinets?
It’s particle board with melamine facing.
What wood material is the surface of the back of your kitchen?
egger h3451
Could you please tell me what is the distance between the bottom edge of the worktop and the upper edge of the cabinet door?
If I remember corectly, distance was 35mm. In my current kitchen distance is 30mm.
Como se llama esa Herramienta con la que hacen las ranura para lo ensamble
Thanks for the video! I have a question about the larger doors you use for the uppers & in some places on the lowers. Do you have any concerns with warping or cupping over time? I know the particleboard and plywood is more stable, but I've had some sheets in my garage get a tittle warped and I'm nervous to use them for my own kitchen project.
For larger doors it make sense to add more hinges - usually it helps door to stay straight even it is little bit warped.
@@garage1168 Hi there great job looks awesome. Wondering if you could share where you sourced your laminated material from? I’m looking into doing the same thing. Thank you in advance.
It's partical board, does it really stays well for an year
I'm wondering the same thing. To put holes into a compressed chipboard panel like that I'm not sure. Plus also all the gaps around the cabinet, doesn't look like a very finished project to me. It's hiding grounds for dust and cockroaches, etc.
What happens to particle board after year?
@@SyemurN You should adress your cockroach/general hygiene problems before starting to build furniture. Plenty of tutorials on youtube ... In Europe we have been making furniture out of particle board for the last 60 years, and continue to do so. It is, arguably, a better way of utilization of a resource (wood), for one.
Después de ver este video complicado ,me doy cuenta que en Perú somos los campeones en hacer muebles ya que solo necesitamos un atornillador ,un serrucho fino de mano y listo no necesitamos tanta herramientas complicadas .

What is the name of 8:45 looks like letter C aluminum, where I can buy that?
It is Gola profile. Should be available in furniture fitting shops.
Really good.
16mm or 18mm?
would say corpus 19mm and drawer 16mm
18mm (16mm for drawers)
That's EXACTLY where one puts ones fingers when using a biscuit joiner!
Great job, but what exactly do you mean by frameless ?? As you technically made the frame yourself ?
Probably he meant that he got no frame, that usually covers the front of the cabinets, when cabinets made from plywood. Otherwise I have no idea, what he meant, and yet I myself produce furniture like that in the video.
Here is some comparion of framed vs frameless: www.cabinets.com/frameless-vs-face-frame-cabinets
@@garage1168 ohhh ok, i get you. This seems a rather american thing. Sorry i worked in a chipboard mill for 10 year making flat pack furniture like kitchens and wardrobes etc and i just presumed when you said frame you meant the carcass. Even still though great job !!
What are the slices into the sides for?
biscuit joints and backer board rabbets

What is the brand for your biscuit jointer?
It is Hilda 760w biscuit jointer. But I would suggest to take a look at another biscuit jointers - mine required modifications to be usable.
@@garage1168 thanks, the Festool brand is quite expensive for me and not available in my country.
