One of my young friends developed severe problems in the spinal chord after trying to do serious yoga - for which she was not yet ready. She is taking treatment since 8 months and shows slight improvement now. I could push myself to do dozens of Soorya namaskaars in my early 50s, because all my life I had been exercising regularly early in the mornings - ever sine I can remember. Let the enthusiasts know this.

Marble floor is not ideal for dance practice. Could be bad for knees, heels, lower back and so on..I understand not all of us have the luxury of access to vinyl or wooden flooring. Pls read on the net and look for an alternative if you are finding it difficult to practice at home.
I wouldn't advise doing same set of exercises everyday. Read the description of this playlist pratibhakini.app.link/VSG Also workout 3 to 5 days in a week depending on your fitness level and intensity of the workouts you choose.
