I found this very effective when given the fact that I am over 40 , have started dancing after a gap of a few years and cannot practice regularly due to a grueling work schedule. Thanks.

Didi, your warm up videos are really very effective. Even though I can't do exactly like you, But I'm still trying, I will never give up. I am very hopeful that in your routine follow-up I will be able to overcome my problems and dance well. Lot of love and respect for you Didi.
Yes. You are right. Dipping our feet in warm water with salt gives lot of relief for the body. It's also proved that it also takes out negative energy from our body and mind. 👍👍
My 5 favorite exercises were ..... 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Squat to front fold 3. Butt Kicks 4. Leg Swings 5. Muzhumandi Jumps Thank you so much For this Warm up Routine !!!
Thank you very much, im a bharatnatyam dancer aswell and sometimes i felt like i couldn't hold aramandi or do adavus. Your video helped me to improve my dance and to dance without pain, thank u ❤
Thank you dear for this routine exercise. I was looking for this exercise before dance as I am 50 yrs old and its very necessary for me to do before Bharatnatyam dance practice. You are helping to fulfil my dream. Thank you.
Wonderful exercises Pratibha. Your videos cover exercises easy to do for all kinds of people from absolute beginners to advanced dancers. Nice of you to make these videos. This time my wife joined me in trying out some exercises she could do. You say warmup for dancing, but I say stretching exercises for everybody. My wife said you can kick your own butts, I need not do it hereafter 😝. But alas, my legs could not touch the buttocks. Anyways with practice I think they will soon. I always used to do Jumping jacks from childhood. Our school PT Somappa mastru made us do some similar ones which I continue even now off and on. Stepping burpees are a full body exercise which may be different for beginners, but I could do justice. Legs don't swing as much as yours do, but we did as much as we could, Hip opener with ankle rotation needs some balancing act, but I did it too. Squat to front fold can be done by us, but my leg would remain little bent 😝. Alternate Toe Touches is one more exercise taught by Sompa mastru which I have been doing regularly. I could not swing as much as you on the Active frog swing, but hey, I did it too. Ha ha... you made me dance in Muzhumandi jump... I am slowly getting into dance mode. Lunge with hip raise is nice. I am adding variety to my normal exercise routine by replacing some of them with what are shown by you. Keep them coming. All the best
Hahha! The butt kicks - That was damn funny! That is amazing.. Lovely that she also joined you this time.. Glad these exercises are making their way into your routine :) Awesome spirit, as always :) Ty for all the lovely wishes!
What an in depth study and involvement. Hats off to you for your involvement. If the young dancers show half the interest that you have shown, they will definitely become good dancers and achieve their goal. !!!
